Club de Iots de Staniel Cay

The stay was OK. I went with my 11-year-old son. It wasn’t too much to do on the resort but they did have activities in the area that you had to pay for the prices in the area was way too high and I’m from New York so be aware it’s better to stay at a all-inclusive because you’re saving much more money in the long run what I didn’t like is they overcharge my credit cards and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them and they haven’t been responding to my calls so now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. That is horrible that this Hotel would do something like that so be aware to use cash if possible

A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive and pay taxes and resort fee for nothing. One day towels in the beach were finished! All is closed at 6pm you cannot use pool or beach later. I Will never go for vacation here.

Everything was just a perfect!
