  • Welcome to Pineapple Village 3800, a newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 5-bath unit located within Jimmy Buffett`s Margaritaville Resort on St. Thomas` east end. This unit is ideally situated close to the community pool and offers free parking along with the added security of a 24-hour guarded front gate. Just a few minutes` drive away is Red Hook, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, as well as catch the ferry to St. John.

    The condo is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring a spacious and private layout. Enjoy the entire condo to yourself with access to the pool available for all guests of Pineapple Village. Whether you prefer to lounge by the pool, explore nearby attractions, or simply relax in your beautifully appointed unit, Pineapple Village 3800 has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

    We recommend renting a car to fully explore the island, but we are happy to assist in arranging other transportation options if you prefer.

Everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and the response se time from Justin was exceptional. It made our planned getaway a true dream

Condo was clean, spacious and had a nice little private courtyard with a table and umbrella. Had a few questions during our stay and management got back to us relatively quickly.

No power

Overall our experience was tarnished by the persistent power outages and the lack of resources to deal with the substantial difficulties that arose due to the outages. We were left with no power all day and most of the evening one day. No water to shower or use the restrooms after a day at the beach. We had to sit outside b/c it was too hot inside.Justin’s response although sympathetic was a generic automated confirmation that this is Island wide. No offer to rehouse us or make any compensation for the inconvenience. The listing says they have other properties and in case of emergencies “we do not leave you high and dry” but that is exactly what happened.Outages persisted for the next 2 days intermittently. We just put up with it.Sad as we traveled from Europe for this and it was disappointing. The apartment was not bad but we had to call pest control for the roaches!
