  • You can’t get much closer to the beach than you are here at Surfside Villa. This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo has gorgeous views from its balcony and easy access to a gorgeous beach! Cowpet Beach offers lots of space for sun and fun - lounge on the beach and soak up the sun or keep busy while enjoying the watersports.

    This is a gated community with 24 hr security. There are great restaurant options within walking distance - Caribbean Fish Market and Sangrias. You can walk to the Ritz or check out the sailboats at the St Thomas Yacht Club. The swimming pool has a waterfall feature and the Jacuzzi is always hot!!!

We had a great stay. The unit is steps away from the ocean and pool. This host provided a lot more of the essentials than other places I have stayed which was greatly appreciated! We did two excursions from the Ritz Carlton which we were able to walk to with ease. We loved having meals on the balcony overlooking the water. The beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay!! We LOVED that it was steps from the beach and close to a pool and two fabulous restaurants! Cowpet was a great bay for families! Close to red hook and easy to get to secret harbour and sapphire beaches! The condo had everything we needed for the best week! We can’t wait to go back!

The condo was really nice, clean and at a great location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and the ease of walking down to the beach. We would highly recommend.

The location couldn't have be any better if you are looking to enjoy the beach. The unit could use a little TLC but otherwise we had an enjoyable time.

Great Location and Access

Originally booked for 4 but ended up being just the 2 of us. Very accommodating for us. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Little piece of paradise

We love Cowpet Bay and this unit is in a perfect location for access to the beach, pool and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of beach accessories (chairs, cooler, floats, goggles). The kitchen is well appointed but we were not able to get the air fryer or oven to work. The microwave has a convection setting so that worked for us.

Check in easy, kitchen well appointed, good WiFi, nicely decorated. Beautiful view of bay and close to beach and pool. No bug issues at anytime. Ate at several restaurants that were walking distance. Enjoyed the Ritz, restaurants and spa. Went on 2 catamaran excursion leaving the Ritz and they were perfect!!!! Just had a dream of a time!!!! Concierge did help us arrange a taxi a few times and we had groceries delivered in advance!

Absolutely perfect

Fantastic location right on the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Had some leftover alcohol and food stuff from last tenants which was great so we also left ours bc groceries are in st Thomas. We had beach chairs and coolers and towels and everything we needed including ice packs! Beds were extremely comfortable. Hot water didn’t last long but it was a small tank and it’s hot anyway so no big deal. Would stay again for sure

Negatives: Had to wash most dishes before using. The first run of the dishwasher the dispenser for the cleaner didn’t open. Oven doesn’t work. Clothes Dryer has to be played with to get to work. Sliding doors were hard to get to open and close. One hair dryer in one of the bathrooms didn’t work. Gate is manually raised and lowered by a person but not at all times. Positives: Great location. Nice decorations. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Paper towels, toilet paper, washing powders, dish washing detergent and trash bags were all provided. All linens including beach towels were included. Gas grill worked great. View was great and chairs provided on the beach.
