Renovated 3 bed/3 bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

Great location, steps from the beach and pool with two excellent dining options. The condo itself was comfortable. Our biggest issue was that we did not have WiFi the entire week we were there. We brought it to the property manager’s attention multiple times and it was not fixed. The place was also a bit dated and could use a more thorough cleaning. Overall though you cannot beat the location and we had a great time.

Cannot say enough good about this Condo/Location and the owner/property manager that help before and during the stay. Condo was exactly how it was advertised. Amazing Views-Clean-Well Equipped. John was helpful for questions prior to stay and was gracious to let us have a late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until 4pm. Tanji the Property manager was on top of all our needs once we were on site, even checking in and bringing us paper products throughout our stay. Our party included 6 adults and two children, and everyone was impressed by the accommodations. Cowpet Bay has our heart forever, and now we have a new favorite condo to stay in. Until next time…

The condo was lovely. The location was perfect. The only thing that I would probably add to your listing was the amount of steps that you have to take. Every single day is crazy so anyone with any kind of knee issues or Walking issues could never stay there. But we were fine! The location is amazing. It’s so close to anything you need we did the entire island driving was not a problem. The neighborhood was so safe! It’s by 1 million. Restaurants everywhere was so good. Super convenient to get to the ferry that takes you to St. John. I would have more information on the island in the condo as well, maybe a binder with all the local restaurants and things to do and a map. I think we left a map behind just because I thought that it needed one. I would recommend staying here and would probably come back! Thank you for having us.

The place could use some touch up, it has some chipped paint etc., but it’s clean. No decor at all, which makes the chips more noticeable in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable, but bring your own pillow unless you like big pillows. The owner is very responsive if you have a problem, and he resolved ours in a timely manner. We had a group of 5 adults, so we each had a king size bed and each group had our own bathroom which was great. Can’t wait to come back next year!

John was very responsive and helpful and when we arrived, Tanji was also very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had plenty of towels for showering and the beach. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice because things are expensive on the island. There was enough cookware and some spices. The walk to the beach was only about 2 minutes but it's a very steep walk. The beach is beautiful. We were able to snorkel right from the beach and see stingray, starfish and more. The beach restaurant and pool bar were great during the day and Caribbean Fish Market(also right on the beach) was fantastic. This property is very close to Red Hook where there are a lot of restaurants. This property is elevated on a mountain and driving can be scary! Overall, we loved our stay.

When we got to the unit. It was not in the best of shape. Minimal kitchen items, no coffee table, could not figure out the tv’s, toilet seats broken, clogged drain. We thought we would be closer to the beach. When we reached out to the owner John was very nice, and the project manager was sent and was very accommodating. She brought new/additional cooking items/liquid soap

The condo was as promised. We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas. This was our second time visiting the area and this condo was great for 3 couples, and we absolutely love the beach area near the condo! What made it even better were the two great restaurants that were within walking distance. It was so nice to have that convenience.

The property was amazing! The host was very helpful and responded very quickly. There were a couple cleanliness issues but the host made up for it right away. We would definitely come back. It is minutes away from lots of stuff. Trunk Bay on St. John is a must see! Overall we were very satisfied and happy with our experience!

We had a great time at John's condo, once we adjusted our expectations to realize that we were probably going to be hot for the whole stay :o) Because electricity is so expensive, the a/c units hadn't been run prior to our arrival, so it took about 24 hours for the place to cool down properly, and even then, one of the bedroom units didn't work well for the whole trip. We had to go out and buy an expensive fan so that our kids could sleep comfortably. But the condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the beach was amazing. If you snorkel, don't just stay by the beach—go out to the rocks on the left side of the beach and swim way out. The most amazing coral reefs are out there with gorgeous tropical fish. The on-site restaurants were really good, and the pool was lovely. The paperwork that comes with the condo is outdated—it took us a full day to realize that the Elysian pool is the same pool that we were allowed to use, and some of our wristbands didn't work, but the gate was open most of the time anyway. The pool hours listed also aren't accurate. Make sure to get the contact info for Tanji or whoever the property manager is before your trip, as the owner is in another time zone and won't necessarily be able to answer your questions within a timely manner. Tanji was wonderful, though.

Upon entering we could tell place hadn't been remodeled.We took pictures to backup our disappointment. The lock on sliding door was broken. A piece of wood through door handle was how it was locked. There was a gap at bottom where door didn't come together. The one bathroom tub had black spots. Maybe it was chipped or mold. The bathroom counter tops were old. The laundry room had a small storage area no door. Junk was thrown in there. I did read one review before we left that had the same complaints. It was too late to cancel so hoped it wasn't true. Needless, to say we checked out early.

We had six women in our group and the condo had plenty off space. The condo is located on the second row with lots of stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues but manageable for one person with a recent knee replacement. There are great views from each balcony. The condo is older, but very spacious and clean. One of the bedrooms does not have a bathroom in suite but right around the corner with privacy. The location of the condo is ideal, close to restaurants in Red Hook but in walking distance to the Caribbean Fish Market. We had a wonderful trip with really nice neighbors downstairs. We would definitely stay again!

Liked the location-close to restaurants and grocery store. Can walk to beach and pool. Did not have a great experience w the unit. Check-in is 4:00pm. We arrived at 4:30 and cleaners were there. Still there when we left for dinner at 6:00. Had to call and ask for more towels. Got them at 8:45 that night. Downstairs toilet ran continuously and made a high pitched noise. Took 2 days to get repaired.. Shower did not drain-took 3 days to get fixed. Locks on all sliding doors were broken and 1 is missing a handle. There are sticks of wood to jam doors but didn’t bother to cut them to fit in the door tracks so they were useless! Master toilet seat broken. Towel rack kept coming off the wall. Unit is not well maintained!!!!

We loved our first visit to St. Thomas, and the townhouse was a perfect place to stay. It was very clean and a great location to everything we wanted to visit. We loved waking up and being able to look outside and watch the sunrise. The beach and pool at Cowpet Bay were quiet, and we enjoyed having lunch at Sangrias right there on the beach. We also rented the car, and it couldn't have been any easier. We wouldn't have changed anything about the trip and can't wait to do it again!

This townhouse was the perfect setup for our group of 6. Everyone had their own bedroom with bathroom and the AC units kept the place nice and cool. The on-site restuarants were both fantastic and the beach was perfect.

Property was nice to stay in no complaints. People on island (St Thomas) not friendly and sometimes very rude. Beach’s are very nice. Snorkeled 3 different spots but not much to see. Food overall was 7-10. Will likely not return due to rudeness of people on island.
