Coral Gardens Beach Estate’s fully air-conditioned Main Level (First Floor) opens to the Grand Foyer and commanding Great Room, perfectly framed by turquoise waters and baby blue skies. Completing the Great Room is a substantial living & entertainment area, a gourmet chef's kitchen, dual area dining and an alfresco patio capable of seating 30 or more.

This luxury Estate is the only beachfront property that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 king suites, on its grand floor walk-in Main Level. The villa's spacious floor design is truly one of a kind and is separated by two private wings. The Magens Bay Wing includes the Primary Suite, and two other bedrooms, while the Picara Point Wing encompasses the Owners Suite, Junior Suite and one additional bedroom. The Pool and Beach Suite Level (Second Floor), only 12 steps down, offers five (5) expansive King Suites with living and dining areas and collectively, with the main level, can host up to 22 guests. The Spa and Royal Suites, situated on the 3rd and 4th level closest to the lower sun and soak pool and Beach, can accommodate an additional 12 guests. All include air conditioning, full private baths, ultra-king bedding, unique faux finishes, original art, and stylish décor from around the world.

The views, the service, the property, all without a doubt the most one could ask for. Toni was top notch all around. Made us wish we lived here for our whole lives. Easily fit our party of 24 without any issues at all. Exceptional space and luxury. A huge shout out to Mr Werner and Toni for making it happen for us.

Great for Large Families

Great view! Large bedrooms. Several gathering areas. Lots of stairs. We had a few issues with A/C, non-functioning electrical outlets, and inconvenient closet doors. The on-site concierge was a jewel. Worked well for us.

Most memorable vacation ever

Our family just made lifelong memories together over the Christmas and New Years holiday in the Virgin Islands. Werner the owner and his entire staff were all very professional and provided the most top notch service that we have ever had. Coral Gardens has a lot to offer for anyone. The view and sunsets are absolutely beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and everyone of the rooms have extremely comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities that you would need. I highly enjoyed every meal that the chef cooked and happy hour every night was a family favorite trying local drinks for the adults and non alcoholic for the kids. We took tours of St Thomas and St John’s and both were well planned out by Werner’s staff. Our family highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Corral Gardens in the next few months or year. This property is truly amazing!

A Great Place!

Beautiful location! A little hard to find, but worth finding! If you have a large group, this works very well! Werner, the owner, was on-site the whole time and ready to help, no matter what the issue, and when we had a member do something a little stupid (try to swim across the bay - not a good idea!) his local knowledge was very valuable. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but this is a beach house on St Thomas; you have to expect an issue or two, and as I said, they were minor. If I was booking this trip again, right now, I would book it again at Coral Gardens! Our group had a fantastic time, despite the fact that we were there to spread the ashes of my late-wife. Werner helped us line up fishing trips (which ended up feeding us for most of the trip, and we all had a blast!), and had a lot more to offer that we didn't need or want. If you have a corporate retreat, this would be awesome!

Spectacular

This vacation rental is one of a kind! It was perfect for our group. The many different room options from apartment living to individual suite living worked great for our group of grandparents, parents, and kids. What was even better were the ocean views from most of the rooms. Not only did the living spaces exceed expectations but the owner and his team were there for EVERYTHING you would need! From planning excursions, locking in reservations with the best table or best view, keeping our groceries stocked, cooking meals, and even cleaning and organizing our daily mess. This rental will not disappoint!

Beautiful beyond belief

First of all, the property was magnificent and well run. There were more than plenty of spaces for all 19 of us to spread out - both outside and inside. The views are incomparable and the beautiful private beach was such a treat. Werner and Joanne made everything happen and more! The only thing I would day is that the title of the listing suggests add-on’s and sleeping for up to 50. Be sure to ask about additional costs for these. Other than that, a few highlights included a Chef-prepared welcome barbecue that was delicious and a fabulous catered private sunset cruise that was the icing on the cake of our wonderful stay on the most beautiful and friendly island of St.Thomas. If you dream it, they can make it happen!

90th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at the Coral Gardens villa for our mother's 90th birthday. We had 3 families with a total of 13 adults stay for 5 days in January of 2022. The villa has stunning views of Magen's bay. It is 2 miles from Magen's Beach, a 5 min drive or a 1 hour hilly walk. The owner Werner was on premises for our entire stay and was always available. He provided a concierge service for all needs including transportation, activities and dining that would match a high end resort. Werner arranged for a chef to prepare 3 dinners and a breakfast for our group. The meals were fantastic. I would highly recommend the chef and his team. A house this size (20,000 square feet) will have some issues. Werner responded immediately to any troubles that arose and resolved them in a timely manner. The main floor has a large great room for families to gather with a kitchen attached. The kitchen was stocked for catering, supplied for large groups 25+, with 2 refrigerators, 2 dish washers, and abundance of appliances and cooking supplies. The 15 suites are furnished with multiple beds to accommodate large groups. Some of the suites are appointed with kitchenets. Coral Gardens is in the process of being updated. At the time of our stay, one room had been completed to a modern resort style. We look forward to coming back to see Werner's vision for the property realized.

An Incredible Stay

Our stay at Coral Gardens was everything we hoped for. Our group of 27 had plenty of room to spread out and loved both pools and the fabulous snorkeling right in front of the house. We stayed over Thanksgiving week, and Werner did a fantastic job of arranging transportation to our many activities, scheduling our massages, and had his chef create an amazing Thanksgiving Dinner for us. We sat at one long table on the balcony and enjoyed the most unforgettable meal and views. We arrived to all of the food and bar items we asked for and were never without ice in our coolers. The house is huge and stunning, with plenty of lounging room for all. At the end of the week, guests were still finding rooms they had missed. Thank you, Werner, for a beautiful and memorable family gathering.

Fun Times!

We have stayed at several large high-end resorts and much prefer the boutique nature of Coral Gardens. The flexibility and fluidness of the service Werner provides is amazing. We stayed during the delta variant peak and the Coral Gardens team valued our wishes to have no one enter the house. Everything was delivered to our door, including our chef-prepared food. We made this pivot 3 days before our arrival and the team made it happen seamlessly. We had several accommodations needed within our party and Werner made each of those accommodations happen. The snorkeling at the villa beach was some of the best snorkeling I have ever done. We spent two days at the beach in Margins and Werner took care of us getting to and from the beach at different times for each of our family memebers. We had a great time at Coral Gardens!

Hubbard family wedding/vacation

We chose to have our wedding in the Virgin Islands because of its stunning views and tranquil beaches. Little did we know we would experience a life changing trip for our entire family and friends. All thanks to Werner Scott, Toni and the Coral Gardens staff! The Villa is remarkable! The view is simply breathtaking. Each day we enjoyed delicious food by world class chefs. We also thoroughly enjoyed the private beach, pools, snorkeling and boating. Our experience far surpassed anything we could have possibly imagined. Werner, Toni and the rest of the Coral Garden crew not only opened up the villa, but opened their arms and hearts to all of us! We arrived as friends and left as family. Truly incredible!

Gorgeous Property with an Amazing View

From the start, from inquiring about the property to checking out the day we left, Werner, the property owner, made sure that the entire process was easy and that we enjoyed our stay. My family absolutely loved our time here and are already planning for another visit.

Memorable 50th Anniversary Family Vacation

The Villa at Coral Gardens Beach Estate is a beautiful place to stay for a large group. Our family of 20 comfortably fit in the villa's 10 (of 11) lovely king size bedrooms, the majority with outstanding views of Magen's Bay. Listening to the gentle lapping of the waves against the rocky shore below was a delightful way to fall into sleep each night. Werner and his efficient staff were accessible for any of our needs and Werner went out of his way to provide special services for us including an exilerating boat ride in Triple Smooth to a private beach and a VIP shopping excursion downtown. Drew is a multi-talented "go-to-guy". He prepared the most delicious meals along with a small kitchen staff who were so accommodating and fun to be around that they seemed to be just part of our family group. Prepare for lots of stairs as the villa is four floors arranged on the side of a mountain but well worth the effort to get down to Magen's Bay to snorkel, the crystal blue pools or the outside bar and lounge area. The Secret Garden "cottage" on the property is a very unique and special place that we (just 2 or 4 of us) would love to come back to for a more quiet and intimate stay. Amazing in everyway!!

My fiancé and I were looking for the perfect place to get married. We decided on the one place we had stopped during a cruise and had always dreamed of visiting again. Of course, it was easy. St. Thomas!! We had a very small party, just 20 people. We wanted something intimate that would serve as both a thank you for coming and the most amazing vacation they’d ever experienced! A once in a lifetime, no hotel we found could provide that. We stumbled upon Coral Gardens and it was the best decision! The house is beautiful. The views are to die for. Werner and his amazing team are amazing! They were always available to assist with anything we needed, no matter large or small. We did the welcome BBQ and it was delicious. Plenty of leftovers for a few days!! Then, the reception… I can’t recommend you go with the Caribbean reception dinner! It was delicious. I am not a seafood person, but they served seared tuna appetizer with this spicy sauce that was to die for. People are still talking about it! Maybe Werner will take pity on me and get his fellow Texan the recipe.. LOL. The pools are amazing, the snorkeling was great! We saw a barracuda, which luckily, Drew told us it’s the hall monitor of the sea! It’s so cool to just be able to look out and see such beauty! I can’t recommend this place enough. I have to admit it was a tough decision picking a place all the way from Texas to St. Thomas, but I know I made the right decision!

I was looking for a place large enough for me and 18 of my friends and I found Coral Gardens Villa. I wanted somewhere that I would be proud to bring my friends and show off the beauty of my hometown and enjoy carnival 2016. When I say that this villa checked off all of my boxes in a place away from home. It had scenic views, perfect location, Immaculate decorations, tranquil atmosphere, beautiful breathtaking picture perfect views, spacious rooms, beautiful sunsets, and the list goes on. Words can't describe the look in my friends eyes when they say this place it was priceless. To top it off the owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. In my words this Villa was, Fabulous, Breathtaking, Amazing, and Gorgeous. This will be our Villa of choice every time we come to St Thomas. Nothing is more Fabulous than this Villa in St Thomas, Virgin Island !!!!!!!!!! Bernadine Van Hook

Bar Mitvah Party- AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAIL! HUGE SUCCESS!

If you have a large group- you should definitely stay here! It is BEAUTIFUL and incredibly well run! We rented both Coral and Secret Gardens for our son's Bar Mitzvah , the week of Dec. 26, 2015. We had 31 people stay at the two houses and 56 people come to various parties at the house. People of all ages and many who did not know each other before the event. The two houses accommodated everyone perfectly- everyone had their own beautiful space and lots of privacy. The party and common areas were FANTASTIC! The houses themselves are spectacular, the views are breathtaking and everything you need is on hand- including Grills, coolers, umbrellas, loungers, snorkeling equipment... We all loved the pools on the properly, the beach, snorkeling right at the house and the close proximity to the beautiful beach at Meghan's Bay! Werner and his crew helped us plan a week of amazing events- each one was better than the next!!! Our guests were thrilled with all the dinners, the parties and the boat ride. Werner made everything easy to plan, he lined up all his people and they all delivered EVERYTHING that they said they would and more. We thought planning a week of parties away would be taxing and stressful but Werner and his crew took care of everything and many extras- including entertainment for the kids. I have only rave reviews of Werner (the owner of the house), Drew (our consierge) Americus (the driver - who shuttled 56 of us everywhere on the island!) Spraga- the chef Werner recommended for a few of our meals, Leslie - our party planner and Passion Fruit- the caterer we used for the main event. It was a truly memorable and wonderful week! We had high expectations, we are picky and we are used to staying at quality resorts and I am ecstatic to report that our expectations were all met and exceeded! Thanks again to Werner and his team- we will always remember this AWESOME week and hope to be back again for another happy occasion!!!!

Seniors Spring Break Trip with an Amazing SUNSET VIEW

Where do you take 8 Senior Girls (with 22 other family members) for an unforgettable Spring Break trip? Magen's Bay, St. Thomas of course! When you first arrive at Coral Gardens after a semi-harrowing trip from the airport via the narrow roads of St. Thomas, you are struck by the sheer size of this property. There are levels after levels, bedrooms after bedrooms, and kitchens and refrigerators and pools and a private beach. However, the most amazing feature is something that gets discovered as the sun begins to set on the first night of your stay...four levels of balconies facing the West! There are multiple perfect spots to enjoy the sparkling water as the light begins to fade. A true highlight of the Coral Gardens experience. Werner and his crew provided some phenomenal meals and a fantastic trip to the BVI. Take advantage of those opportunities if you can! (The welcome BBQ and a meal with the private chef that could work ANYWHERE if he and his assistant didn't love making fantastic meals for groups like ours!) Use Werner's recommendations on local restaurants, rental cars, excursions, beaches, etc...I think he knows everyone and everyplace on the island. Take a ride on TRIPLE SMOOTH (his boat) to anywhere he'll take you. Great experience and a great ride. Order pizza from a boat at Christmas Cove! A Spring Break trip that will never be forgotten...thanks to Coral Gardens and Werner!

SLICE OF HEAVEN

Words cannot express the beauty of this house, the location is beyond breathtaking, waking up in the morning with a view that is as spectacular as a dream, snorkeling right off the private beach, Werner made our trip the trip of a lifetime, the welcome BBQ ( it was the best Texas BBQ I have ever had, who would have thought we had to go to St. Thomas to have BBQ like this!!) 18 family members ( 4 Generations ) under one roof - 11 bedrooms all but 3 face the water. Going on Werner's private boat to BVI Island and Honeymoon Beach, truly where the rich and famous play, made the trip for everyone, Magan Bay Beach, spectacular (do not miss this) then to top off the trip we set sail on a private 65 ft Sailboat dinner cruise - Werner helped us plan it all, he left nothing to question, Best family trip ever. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking to create memories that would last a life time. Thank you to Brian, Werner and the staff for making this trip a true slice of Heaven.

Christmas getaway -TRIP OF A LIFETIME - Perfection from age 1 to 71!

I coordinated a family reunion Christmas getaway for my husband's family, comprising 3 sub-families and our matriarch. This trip was her gift to us - and Werner's, too! We couldn't have asked for a more personally accommodating host. We chose from the property's 11 INCREDIBLE bedrooms - more than enough room for the 14 of us. We were a big group with very different interests - from little kids (we had 5 kids under 6) to teenagers to adults with different ideas of what a "vacation" looks like. Coral Gardens and Werner & Toni made it the trip of a lifetime for each & every one of us. A FEW highlights (I couldn't possibly list them all!): * We lounged by the pool with the iguanas. * The little kids LIVED in the wading/splash pool. * We snorkeled off the beach of the property. * We were treated to AMAZING trips on Werner's private boat, Triple Smooth. * We visited neighboring islands. * The women enjoyed in-house massages from private masseuses - on the decks so we could hear the waves below! * The "big boys" went deep sea fishing and caught a TON of fish. * We ate at awesome, one-of-a-kind, 4-star restaurants and super-fun locals-only spots. * Werner arranged for a private chef for dinner one night - perhaps my favorite meal of the trip! Delicious! * We drank cocktails on the deck - and the beautiful mural-painted patio! * We even had a welcome night barbecue! * The kitchen is amazingly well-appointed with every tool and appliance you could ever want when cooking in, including TWO dishwashers. Essential for a big group! * The beds are very comfortable and the sheets, towels, beach towels, etc. are top-notch. To answer the standard VRBO questions: the listing & pictures couldn't possibly do the property justice, but are accurate; the property is immaculate; the owner went above & beyond in every possible way; I would recommend this property and all activities endorsed by Werner to everyone I know! I can't say enough about the property - it is truly one-of-a-kind and just breathtaking. (The sunsets!) But more than that, Werner, Toni, and all of the local folks we were introduced to REALLY CARED about helping us fulfill our every wish - individually, and as a group. DON'T HESITATE - if Coral Gardens is available BOOK IT!!!!!

BEST family vacation!

My husband and I traveled to St. Thomas with his family and extended family to this beautiful and unforgettable paradise! I have never been to a more beautiful place in my life and hope to stay here again! The view was unbelievable and the snorkling right at your finger tips was probably the best snorkling you will ever experience! I have nothing negative to say about the whole vacation! If you are like me and love running or enjoy being outside, there are beautiful hikes down to the point (coming out of the driveway, go left) and all up and down the island. Love this place and was also very spacious! We had 25 people and there was more than enough space!!

A Dream Vacation Come True!

Accommodations at Coral Gardens were ideal for our three generation family of 22! We travel each summer to a new destination in order to reunite and enjoy time together. Coral Gardens certainly provided this for us, as well as the bonus of much needed space and privacy. The suites and bedrooms with attached bathrooms are all located strategically to provide this. A recent widow (with five children, their five spouses, and 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 11 months to 19 years old), I personally had not slept as well in many years as I did during the time we spent there. Meals were scrumptious and fun! We chose to be on our own for breakfast and lunch. Our scrumptious dinners varied: each family on different nights prepared one dinner for all, two dinners were provided by caterers and arranged by Werner, another one was in a private room in a castle restaurant, and the last evening was on a sunset dinner cruise! Owner and host Werner was wonderful at orchestrating activities suitable for our group and interests. He spent considerable time on the phone with me before our trip to become acquainted with our needs and desires. This was definitely an amazing experience and vacation each of us will remember always!

Coral Gardens Wedding Party

My husband and our families stayed at Coral Gardens Villa. We had the most wonderful time. It was so nice to be able to all be together, and compared to what we would have spent at some of the resorts for that many people, we ended up with a good deal. The owner and his associates were extremely helpful with planning, directions, advice, taxis, and virtually any problem that may have come up. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone that has a large group staying. I would rent a vehicle as it is in it's own private area. The pools are nice and even welcome an occasional iguana guest! Views are exquisite from the multiple balconies. We had Passion Fruit chefs stock the kitchen and cater several meals. They seemed to be familiar in the house, decorate it well, and were EXCELLENT in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

Perfection

If you are looking a wonderful place to stay in St. Thomas, I would highly recommend Secret Gardens.This house is perfect for any type of vacation.There were 3 of us on this trip–all ladies; youngest was 18. This house is perfectly situated to capture the beauty that is St. Thomas. The views from the house are breathtaking. The house itself has been masterfully thought out. It brings in the essence of the magnificent surroundings into the house. For instance, there is a huge rock that starts in the kitchen on the main level, then to the half bath and then it goes down to the lower level bathroom which becomes the rock shower. The shower head actually comes out of the rock. There are several levels of covered verandah so you can maximize your enjoyment of the great outdoors. There is this gorgeous tree which part of the verandah is built around. To enjoy more awesome scenery, we took a nice jaunt to Picara Point. This is not to be missed if you are staying at Secret Gardens. This stunning house has a mural of the idyllic surroundings in the dining/living room area. The master bedroom on the main level and the adjoining bathroom are huge and very comfortable. This bathroom has an enormous walk in shower for 2, a gigantic tub and double sinks. I am very particular about bathrooms and this one more than met my standards/expectations. The kitchen was well-appointed as well. It comes more than fully equipped so you can whip up a gourmet meal. Cassandra with Passion Fruit Chefs came in and prepared a wonderful dinner for us one night. If you have the chance, I would highly recommend having her prepare a meal or 2. The infinity pool is another special feature. In the pool,you can easily lose yourself in the beautiful surroundings. We received a real treat when we met the owner, Werner, who happened to be in town. He was such a delight and an ace in suggesting things to do and places to eat. He did an outstanding job ensuring that our stay would be wonderful. One of the most memorable things we were able to do was to go boating with Werner–not just any boat,but a speed boat.Normally I am not one to go boating, but we all agreed that it was fantastic experience and one that we would readily do again.The house is located near Magens Bay which is one of the most beautiful beaches beautiful beaches in the world-go enjoy the sunset.This house has so many extraordinary and sophisticated features that the pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion/anniversary celebration

There were 14 of us that traveled to St. Thomas to celebrate our parents' 60th wedding anniversary. After a hectic airline travel day, we all arrived safely and thankfully we had arranged for Coral Gardens to be provisioned for us. We all got a bite to eat and quickly settled in to our private king bedrooms - 7 of them! The next morning we awoke to the delicious smell of breakfast being prepared by Laura and her staff of Passion Fruit Chefs. We had 6 breakfasts and 4 dinners prepared for us during our stay and every meal was better than the last!! The snorkeling was fabulous and the pelicans and seagulls put on a show for us everyday. The views were magnificent and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was so relaxing. There were many things that we could have done while on St. Thomas, but for the most part we all preferred to stay in the quiet solitude of Coral Gardens. We did have massages scheduled - they came to us! Thanks to Werner for all of his help in planning our trip and Winston was helpful while we were there and the Passion Fruit Chefs staff was wonderful! We had a great time and highly recommend to everyone!
