Everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Clean. Beautiful patio with excellent view. Great location for everywhere we wanted to visit. Hope to come again and stay same place. Bar just 2 flights down from our room also a pool.

Nice property but for 2 people only

The property is clean and renovated. The views are beautiful. Sun and Sea Bar and Grill has great food. There is easy access to catamaran cruises from the dock steps away from the property. However, online listing states that the property sleeps four. There is a queen bed and a very uncomfortable air mattress. There isn’t a futon as stated on the listing. The property is good for two people only.

Great place to stay

The room was great. It is private but easily accessible. There is snorkeling equipment and a floaty device as well as a small cooler with ice packs in the freezer. Great view across the bay. The sun and sea restaurant has great food and the owner is a great guy. The location here is great for being close to Margaritaville and the beach. It is walkable to Coki beach where the snorkeling is great. Easy walk to Margaritaville. The landshark restaurant is there and they have a 2 for 1 happy hour from 4-7 m-th. It’s an easy taxi ride to down town.

Point Pleasant haven

My partner and I loved staying in Billy's place at point pleasant resort. The bed was super comfortable, we had the sweetest balcony right next to and overlooking the bay and had easy access to the lovely Sun and Sea bar and grill right below is on the water. Everything was smooth and accomodating.

Nice getaway

The property itself was smaller than I originally expected, the sofa bed was in poor condition, and the air conditioning was not super helpful. However, the location of the property and its view, restaurants, and availability of water activities was excellent. Even though the property itself had some drawbacks, their effect was minimal considering we were out and about for most of the day, given how much there is to do.

Excellent Location to Explore St. Thomas and St. John

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the condo vacation rental in St. Thomas USVI. The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Billy, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our flights were cancelled going home, he worked with us to find the best solution for accommodations until our flights were rescheduled (2 days later) to get us home safely. He was so helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this condo rental if you're looking for a stress-free, relaxing vacation in St. Thomas.

Not as promised!

The property was listed as newly renovated… the Cabniet doors were sagging and dirty, the bathroom countertops had a section of trim counter missing and hit it constantly with my arm next toilet paper holder. Air conditioning took hours to cool the room enough to sleep with 3 fans running! Not sure where the one fan came from. But I also brought a fan and left for next tenets they will need it! No breeze due to location of room. Only breeze was edge of balcony! Pullout couch was like sleeping on a staircase it was hideous! Property owners should be ashamed. Blood all over the outside walkway and around our door, into the units room and on curtains and rug inside our unit also all around our tower. Made us question the safety of the property. TV was way to small for the room and only had 3 channels. Old cheap furniture , old scratched up plastic glasses scared to use them. Not very clean as there was rope type string on floor and other trash, rusted out bathroom shower shelf and shower rings plus no vent/fan in bathroom so it was like a sauna at all times. Comforter was lumpy and all stuffing on sides, totally Unacceptable!!! Didn’t call properly owner as he added charges after we purchased at one price and. Additional fees of $250 was added plus taxes also no refund. I feel like all fees should be knownnup front! Just not impressed at all! First time ever let down by a VRBO. Someone from VRBO should go check it out seriously. Feel free to contact me.

Beautiful waterfront condo in serene getaway!

Billy was very kind, fair, and accommodating. He let us book on short notice and allowed me to add a night due to flight being cancelled out. Luckily it wasn’t needed as we got out with a different airline and let him know. His priority was getting us out safely. The place was very clean and he even left a few beers and fireball for us. I would love to stay with him again. The resort was beautiful and even in the midst of all of the craziness going on in the world, it provided a nice reminder that there are still good people in the world. Thanks Billy! Will definitely be back after this Covid craziness dies down! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Very nice condo

Overall the property was quite good with a nice private balcony, nice pools and great location. Positives, the location was great and easy to get to beaches and the Safari Bus. Negatives, the bed was very hard and could use a mattress topper and there were no ice trays. I would recommend this unit.

What an amazing trip. Billy the owner of the unit we rented gave us this 5 page welcome letter and let me tell you it was like our mini guide. The room is located in the perfect spot because the higher up you are the more stairs you have to climb and at pt pleasant there are ALOT of stairs. But we didnt mind. The view was amazing , location in the middle of everything . The room was updated and clean with a very nice view. Shoreline bar was amazing and only 2 sets of stairs below us which was super convenient for if we wanted to grab something to eat and snack. We will for sure be back again! Thank you Billy.

Vacation 2019

This was our first time to St. Thomas and the location of the condo was perfect. It was a little hard to find at first due to the resort layout however; once we mastered it we loved it. Close to things to do and yet a bit secluded. It was a short walk to Coki Beach was a plus. They condo was the perfect size for two people any more than that it may be too small. The staff was very nice and helpful and the restaurants were great. Would definitely recommend it to any couple planning on going there.

Not what we expected

We were very disappointed upon arrival. Many of the amenities listed were under repair and had we known we would have booked elsewhere. The pool and bar & grill near our condo were both closed due to repairs. Due to the nature of the resort, climbing the hill to get to the other pools didn't interest us. There was no in resort transportation service as stated that we were aware of (saw or told about). The beaches on or near the property were not what I would call user friendly beaches. The one outside was Margaritaville was loaded in seaweed and the excavators were out there daily by 7:00 am trying to clean it up. It was a bit tricky to get to as well because it is not on the property but the adjacent property. We managed to go to the Margaritaville restaurant by walking along the rocky beach line and crossing a narrow water stream. The other "beach," a short walking distance from our condo, was very small with some sand but lots of rocks. Not a really a place to swim. We ended up going to Coki Beach twice (nice) via a car because again walking would have been a hike given the terrain of the resort. All in all, the first 24 hours at the condo was a bit of panic and disappoint until we resolved ourselves to finding a car rental so we could do other things around the island. The condo itself was ok. However, we couldn't get the TV to work for our entire stay and at night the room was very stuffy. We really never got a good night's sleep as the bed was not comfortable and too hard for us. The island and the people were wonderful! Even though the island is still under a lot of repair, Red Hook was a great town to hang out at. Magen's Beach was absolutely beautiful. If you go to the island, definitely rent a car. Safari buses are ok and much cheaper but make getting places long.

Excellent and clean efficiency

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days in June 2018-and loved it! The room had everything the VRBO website stated-it was clean and fully working. The room description is accurately portrayed and well represented. We especially appreciated the condo's location because it is centrally located on the island and easy to get to restaurants, stores, & activities to do such as great beaches for great snorkeling, Coral World, Ecotours, beautiful beaches, sailboat & boating cruises, Top of the Mountain, shopping, safari buses, island hopping ferries, etc., and did I mention great snorkeling? :) The room itself is well described-it has every needed convenience for you-including a clean kitchenette that offers everything required if you do decide to cook. The owner Billy was very helpful and prompt to respond to all of our questions and needs. Going a bit further than most, he also provided us with a fully detailed handout of rental expectations, helpful island suggestions, and nearby restaurant options available to you. We had an excellent experience with no surprises and only positive memories of a wonderful vacation stay. We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend the place and its owner.

Perfect Vacation!

I don't usually write reviews online, but I told my wife we were reviewing this one when we got home. Wow is all I can say about this unit. It's perfect for two people especially if you're on the move everyday. We didn't even turn the TV on the whole trip. We were in St. Thomas for 7 days at this unit and loved it. We had stayed at Point Pleasant before in a larger unit, but honestly for me and my wife, it was too big. We're here to adventure, not sit around and lounge. The unit was in perfect condition, clean and updated with all the amenities of home. The pantry was even stocked with coffee and creamer! The view is great, right over the bay and Margaritaville, which is literally a 2 minute walk from the unit. It's at the bottom of the hill which is great if you're heading to the beach or pool, which is only a minute from the condo. The owner was the best we have ever rented from as far as communication and making sure we knew exactly where to find everything. He has an almost all-inclusive list ready for you when you arrive of what to do, where to eat, and where to go. We would have missed several excellent meals if it wasn't for his list. Last piece of advice - RENT A CAR! You won't regret it. We drove the island 20 times over and nothing is more than 30 minutes away in any direction. This rental unit is the best, and we'll be back no doubt!

100% relaxation

My husband and I stayed for a week to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Billy could not have been more available or helpful. The studio has almost everything you need with an equipped kitchen and walk in closet. The view is lovely and is only a walk away from Coki Beach which we found to be the best beach for snorkeling anywhere. The Shoreline Grille is steps from the studio and is literally on the water with fish swimming below your feet. It is a short walk along the shore to Margaritaville and Pineapple Beach. Great view and delicious food. Although there are no such things as private beaches on St Thomas, we were approached at two different times about the use of their beach lounge chairs. There were plenty available as the beach was not crowded, so it made it a little less relaxing without having our own chairs to use. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have beach chairs available with the unit. We rented a car and traveled all over. and the one thing that made the beaches less comfortable was not having a chair to sit on. Otherwise, it was the perfect place to stay. I would stay there again for sure!

Can't wait to go back

Billy was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive to all of our questions. Condo is in best location within the complex. Staff of resort extremely friendly, and treated us no differently than if we were staying directly with the resort.

Pleasant Piece of Paradice

I need to start out by saying this was one of the best trips my husband and I have ever had. The condo was amazing, had everything we may of needed. It was so clean, which made me really happy. We got in late so could not really see the amazing views till the next morning, it was a wonderful site to wake-up to. Billy the owner was fantastic to work with. Thank you much for an amazing week. I can't wait to head back!

Nice clean unit close to pool, restaurant and beach!

Great experience and communication with owner was answered very quickly! Unit has been nicely updated, and absolutely loved the location on the property. Walk to Margaritaville and Coki beach (great snorkeling). Little sugar beach was fantastic and very short walk from the unit. 5min drive to Red Hook to catch a ferry to St John or an excursion to the BVIs. Would absolutely rent this unit again. Don't forget to check out the Terrace pool and the view from there.
