    Tucked away in a quiet historic beach town, this charming home offers the perfect setting for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy all that St. Simons Island has to offer.

    Start your mornings on the large rocking chair front porch beneath the shade of coastal trees, and spend your days biking to the beach or walking to some of the island’s best local restaurants. The nearby Village and Pier area offers even more dining, shopping, and scenic waterfront strolls.

    The Space

    This spacious home is designed with comfort and gathering in mind:

    * 3 bedrooms with king beds
    * 1 bunk room with a set of bunk beds (for children only) plus an additional twin bed
    * 2 full bathrooms + 1 half bath
    * Large, open kitchen and family room—perfect for spending time together
    * Expansive front porch with rocking chairs

    Property Layout

    This property includes two separate guest spaces:

    * Peachtree Retreat (upstairs): private entrance + front porch
    * Peachtree Apartment: private path entrance + full backyard access

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. 4 golfers playing at Sea Island for an annual event. Super close to everything. 4 minute walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this place more. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, communication was easy, and we felt welcomed from start to finish. This is one of those stays that sets the bar high—would happily stay here again without hesitation.

St. Simons Delight

Our first family stay on St. Simons was a huge success. The island and beaches were so enjoyable. Our rental cottage was perfect for all of us and we enjoyed it so much. Our host was very accommodating and any concerns were promptly answered.

Great place in St Simon’s!

House was very nice, area was so close to everything but still quiet. Well furnished and comfortable for a multi-generational family trip. We had to cut out trip early due to sick kids but will definitely plan to come back again!
