Relax-N-Sea, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all one level living and is located near the village of St. Simons Island. This ranch style home features a luxurious 12 X 24 pool with a spa and can be heated at your convenience. This is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island or simply chill out poolside. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, Relax-N-Sea has something for everyone. The name truly captures the essence of this vacation home!

THE SPACE
Bedroom 1 – Primary, Queen (sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2 – Queen (sleeps 2), shares the hall bathroom with combination tub/shower
Bedroom 3 – Bunk with full on the bottom (sleeps 3) and shares the hall bathroom
Open dining room, family room and kitchen in the heart of the home with large smart TV.

There is a full-time neighbor/tenant in the separate apartment in the back. The amenities of the home are not shared and will cause no disruption of your stay.

With ample parking available, guests have the option to rent a golf cart or rent bikes to easily navigate the island's attractions.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
