Great Christmas in Saint Simon's Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saint Simon's Island for Christmas 2021. The condo was as pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The kitchen was a bit small, especially if two people where there at the same time. The condo has a two-car garage, which is a nice feature. The location was about a mile or so from the village area and about a mile and a half from the beach. On a nice day, the village was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk. Saint Simon's Island is a quiet community with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach nearby. We also visited the historical district in Jekyll Island, which was about a 30-minute drive. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Golden Isles of Georgia.

Us: This was our second stay at a condo in Demere Landing (first choice facility), in third time we've enjoyed SSI in the last 3 years. There were 4 of us from New England, 1 working remotely and 2 kids (13 and 10).

Lovely home

Great place to stay, felt very much at home. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable couch, nice dining table and breakfast bar, spacious bedrooms. Nice walk to village or beach. Good selection of beach toys for kids. FYI, garage is at ground level, kitchen/living room/half bath on second floor, and bedrooms/full baths/laundry on third floor.
