  • Welcome to 294-A Sea Marsh.

    Located in Sea Palm, near golfing, restaurants and shops. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach and the pier/village area. Convenient to the north end of the island with more golfing and boating opportunities.

    This studio side has 2 full sized beds and a day bed. The sitting area has a small dorm sized refrigerator, microwave and drip coffee maker. There is a large picture window with fairway, 18th green and lagoon views available on the studio side.

    Don't worry about steps. There is an elevator to this 3rd floor condo.

    Nearby restaurants: Bennie's Red Barn, Sago, Brogen's North, La Plancha, Delaney's Bistro, Sal's Pizza, Cafe Frederica, Certified Burgers, Halyard's, and Tramici's.

    Nearby amenities: Island Cinemas, Sea Palms Golf course, King and Prince golf course, Hampton Point marina, Christ Church, and historical sights.

    NOTE: This property is equipped with a ring camera.

Great place for a vacation

A wonderful condo that provided a great view of the golf course and was a great location away from busy summer crowds, but with easy access to restaurants, theater and the beaches. I would definitely book again.

Overall pleasant stay! Nice property, was clean and had a nice shower and towels! Beds were comfortable. A few minor inconveniences did occur. The hair dryer outlet in the bathroom did not work, bathroom hand towel rack was broken and the top of the curtain was broken on one side. Not a huge deal just inconvenient.

The place was pretty clean when we checked in. I wasn't a fan of the way they do check in though. I think it would've been better if they had just put the address of the room instead of explaining the directions on how to get there. Also, they had almost nothing for the guests in the room. I understand that they mentioned it in the description before booking, but when I say they had nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. All they had was a random cup of utensils and like 2 extra toilet papers. They had the smallest little soap bars for the bathroom. They did have a decent amount of towels which was nice. They had a coffee machine but no coffee. Not a single cup, plate, or bowl. I thought it was pretty overpriced for what you get.
