Located oceanfront on St. Simons Island, the St. Simons Grand condominiums are spectacular in every way. Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer a selection of three- and four-bedroom condominiums, each with a private balcony and a direct ocean view.

St. Simons Grand vacation rental residence features a full kitchen, living room, dining area, wet bar, spacious bedrooms and private balcony.

In the community's center courtyard are lagoons, lush landscaping, gas grills and a seasonally heated oceanfront swimming pool. Beyond the swimming pool, a sidewalk guides guests to a private boardwalk to the beach. Other St. Simons Grand amenities include gated access from Ocean Boulevard, covered parking, elevator, wireless internet service and nighttime property patrol. The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building.

Grand #323 features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view and pleasant appointments throughout.

Beautiful View of the Ocean

This condo was perfect for our family. The view was amazing. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. They had shopping carts and luggage carts available for unloading and loading the car. The property is beautiful. The pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool was good. The only down side is the distance to the beach. It would be no big deal if you didnt have much to carry or babies/toddlers but if you do, it's a quarter of a mile to the sbeach and a workout dragging wagon across the sand. We found it easier to just load everything in the van and park in the park next door. That made the trip a little closer and easier since most of walk to the beach had a pad and then a floating bridge over the waterway before you get to the actual beach.

Needs Maintenance

The view from this unit is great. The unit itself needs some general maintenance. We found a broken door handle to the patio, several blinds that needed to be fixed, a few small appliances that needed to be replaced, a tear in one of the living room chairs and bedding skirts that were torn. The main disappointment was in the master bathroom which is very dated, with mold and wood rot around the shower.

Weekend getaway

I rarely write reviews. The wife and I stayed here for the weekend May12-14 and we really enjoyed everything about this particular condo and the Saint Simons Grand, overall. We absolutely love Saint Simons and we are wanting to vacation here, as a family vacation, this summer. Highly recommend this condo

Excellent condo with only a few exceptions

This condo is beautiful with a great location. The only issue I had with the condo was the master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan. I'm sure the light fixture in the bedroom had once been in the dining area. It is very nice but did nothing for the circulation of air. I'm glad it was not in the heat of the summer. Also, all the kids in the hot tub. This should not be a play area for the kids. It is very dangerous.

Drunk, shouting people across the courtyard—unpleasant

Doesn’t matter what your political views are, no one wants to hear the “other” political party chanting drunken slogans into the night when they’re on vacation. The condo itself was all that was promised, but we were extremely disappointed that we could not use our balcony 2 nights in a row because tenants across the way kept shouti g out their political views. Won’t be back.
