  • ¡Disfrute de todas las comodidades del King and Prince Hotel sin pagar los precios del hotel! Los huéspedes de nuestra villa tienen acceso a la piscina y el jacuzzi del condominio, tres piscinas del hotel, tenis, gimnasio, restaurantes junto al mar y golf en el galardonado Hampton Golf Club.

    Disfrute de las vistas del Océano Atlántico, la Isla Jekyll y la piscina privada desde nuestro balcón, o camine unos pocos pasos hacia la piscina o la playa.

    Estamos a un corto paseo de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la isla, o puede optar por preparar comidas en nuestra cocina bien equipada.

    Tenemos un televisor inteligente de 58 pulgadas para que disfrute en nuestra sala de estar. Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una televisión inteligente de 55 pulgadas, cama king y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, un televisor de 43 pulgadas y utiliza el baño del pasillo.

    Hay estacionamiento cubierto para su vehículo en un estacionamiento seguro.

Amazing host! Very convenient and beautiful views! Everything you need is in the condo. Great location, essentially walking distance to all you need.

My family had a great stay at this condo! Great location and beach view. The condo is in great shape and we highly recommend. When we come back to SSI, we will be staying here again for sure!

The condo was well stocked. The kitchen was great. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect. The view was AMAZING! The bathrooms were dated but functional.

Easy East Beach Getaway

Great location, so easy to reach and get settled. Ruth addressed any/all needs before arrival and responded in minutes the one time I reached out. Couldn’t be happier with our stay and will definitely return.

Loved the location and the great views of the beach and ocean! Ruth's instructions and information were very thorough and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies, which is nice - other places we've stayed only provided one roll of toilet paper! - and we appreciated the goodie bag with soft drinks and koozies. We would certainly stay there again!

Paradise on St Simon

Everything from booking to check-in was perfect. The condo was clean and roomy. The view from the oversized balcony was beautiful. Access to all the resort amenities was great. The location couldn't have been better to get to anywhere on the island. We will be back!

Long weekend

Enjoyed the condo and the entire mini vacation. Loved sitting out on the balcony morning coffee and night cap after returning from dinner. Will definitely consider renting again on our next trip to St Simons. MGK

Everything We Needed And More!

This was our first visit to St. Simons and we could not have been more pleased with our time on the island and in the condo. Ruth really went the extra mile to make sure we had some fun welcome gifts as well as a closet full of beach toys which my daughter enjoyed! This experience exceeded our expectations.

Thanksgiving

We have stayed at this condo several times, and it never disappoints. It is well appointed, so clean, and the key pad on the door is a plus. Guests get all the amenities of the King and Prince. Owner provides excellent and timely information. We will be returning for Christmas.

Wonderful condo and Hosts

We had the opportunity to stay in this Oceanfront condo 9/01-9/04 and loved the location, view, cleanliness, and that everything a guest might need was available ! The Host even provided soft drinks , water, and souvenirs as keepsakes for our stay on this lovely island! The Host was quick to reply to all of our questions . Hope to stay here again next year ! .

Great property, great host

The Villa is a part of the King and Prince resort which made it super convenient for my conference. It's a very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Ruth is a terrific host to work with, very communicative and professional. The biggest highlight for this property is the amazing view of beach! Enjoy my trip and would recommend for anyone needing a nice affordable place in beautiful St. Simons Island GA.

As expected

The villa was perfect for our family. We had a significant flight delay and ended up arriving at 5:00 a.m. vs the prior afternoon. Ruth was great! Quick to respond and helped us with a different check in process. The villa was spacious and the location is great with pool and beach options. We had never heard of this island prior to booking, but we’ll be back!
