The space

Living Area: The living room is bright and spacious, featuring comfortable seating and a 65" 4K TV with stereo sound and a subwoofer. The decor combines historic elements with modern touches. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the room opens onto a screened porch for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Screened Porch: Overlooking the adjacent park, the private screened-in porch offers a peaceful outdoor retreat. It features a large hanging porch bed and a TV with stereo sound, making it an ideal spot for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. It’s perfect for preparing meals, with all the modern conveniences you need during your stay.

Bedroom: The bedroom offers a king-sized bed with quality bedding, providing a comfortable and restful space. Large windows fill the room with natural light, and a cozy chair adds to the inviting atmosphere.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom features stylish fixtures, a marble shower with a rain shower-head, and high-quality linens and supplies.

Guest access
You'll find the front door in the screened-in porch, which overlooks a triangular green space. Ample off-street parking. The door has a keypad lock, and you'll receive a unique code for access during your stay.

This kitchen is well equipped with essentials like olive oil, salt, and pepper, so all you need to bring is your groceries. We like the Harris Teeter app where you can place your order ahead of time for curb-side pickup. We stock our bathrooms with the essentials; shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and hair dryer. Laundry detergent provided. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. EV charger provided at no cost to guests.
