  • Disfruta de la vida en la isla desde esta casa de la ciudad de Sea Haven recientemente amueblada de 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños. Sea Haven se encuentra a menos de 1 cuadra de la playa, entre North Breakers y la estación de la Guardia Costera.

    El primer nivel, que se encuentra sobre el garaje, cuenta con una sala de estar y un área de lectura. A pocos pasos de arriba se encuentra una hermosa y amplia área de cocina y comedor. La suite principal y el lavadero se encuentran en el nivel medio. El piso superior cuenta con dos habitaciones y dos baños completos.

    Porches cubiertos se encuentran fuera de la cocina y cada uno de los dormitorios. El dormitorio de invitados del piso superior ofrece una vista parcial del océano desde el balcón.

    Las citas elegantes incluyen molduras de techo, contraventanas de plantación, puertas francesas, espacios abiertos luminosos, pisos de madera noble en las áreas de estar, grandes baños de azulejos y muebles nuevos en todas partes.

    Tenga en cuenta que el estacionamiento en el garaje solo está disponible para un vehículo compacto. También hay un punto exterior delantero disponible que requiere entrada por la puerta delantera sin el ascensor.

This was our first family trip to SSI. The island itself is lovely and very family oriented. This house, in particular is an amazing find! One block off of the beach in a residential area that was a very short drive (or longer walk on a sidewalk) from shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this house again; it was perfectly stocked for a long trip or short stay, it was very well maintained and clean, and it was large enough for us to spread out. It was hot and humid so we did not enjoy all of the decks which is a shame- maybe next trip!

Perfect!

This property was everything we expected. It was very welcoming and cozy. Fantastic if you want to “cook in” or go out to nearby restaurants accessible by bike. We’ll definitely rent the property again.

Family trip

3 generations enjoyed the stay. Would have been convenient to be able to use the elevator as there were 4 floors including the garage, but a sign advised against it.

I would stay here again! This accommodated ourfamily of 7 very well. It had everything we needed/wanted in a home away from home. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was clean enough to be comfortable, but maybe could use a deep clean with carpets and living room couches. When we first arrived there were sugar ants in the kitchen, but HC sent pest control out right away and took care of it and there were no more issues the rest of our 3 night stay. Overall, I thought this townhouse was great and would stay again if available. Check in/out was very easy and communication through email was great.

Property was nice

The property was nice, but the elevator was unavailable for use so four flights of stairs to get to the guest bedrooms was laborious, especially with guests in our party who had bad knees. Luckily we didn't have anyone who was disabled - we would not have known of all of those stairs to reach every level, including the kitchen.

Super home for family beach visit!

Superb location for walking to our favorite beach. Home was spacious, stylish, clean, and quiet. We particularly loved the large dining table, well-equipped kitchen, open common spaces, and balconies off each room. Would definitely stay here again!
