As of 9/1/2025 the pool is open ! the lobby redone !
You can't much closer to the sugary sands of Madeira Beach than this.
Enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of
Mexico from the private screened terrace that extends from the
master bedroom to the living / dining area in our 5th floor condo.
Watch the dolphins play and marvel at the breathtaking sunsets from our little piece of paradise in Madeira Beach . The master bedroom has it's own huge
bathroom with a dressing area, double sinks and an over sized shower.
Updated kitchen and , including granite countertops .
Take a swim in the heated, beachfront pool
or relax on the beach with the lounges and let your kids play with
the beach toys and floats that we provide .
Within walking distance is John's Pass, where there are great
restaurants with fantastic water views, all types of water sports
including jet-skiing, water skiing, parasailing dolphin watching
cruises ,deep sea fishing and boat rentals. Casino cruises leave from
the dock there. There also many shops and boutiques with unique
beach souvenirs.
Nearby there is golfing and miniature golfing. We are 30 minutes
from Busch Gardens, 90 minutes from Disneyworld and Universal
studios.

Great condo and location for family vacation! We were able to view the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Nicely appointed screened porch to enjoy ocean breezes. There were chairs and beach toys available. The location was a short walk from John’s Pass so lots to do and see.

Maderia Beach Condo

Wonderful location and Nice property but immovable patio screen detracted a lot from view. Very confined.feeling. Had to call property manager to get internet and TV access. TV access still very difficult. Dishwasher not working. Only one 6 inch frying pan.

Comfortable space for us though 3rd bedroom very small and had washer/dryer in it.

Great location. Close to John’s Pass and several other dining choices. Installing beach groins during our stay so a little noisy, otherwise a great vacation place.

Trip back in time

Unit was as described. Well furnished and all furnishing were in good working order. Unit was clean and loved the plug ins. Well stocked with kitchen gadgets, linens, beach towels, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels. Really just needed to bring your personal belongings. Great location. Easy walk to John’s Pass. Would stay in this unit again. Owners was easy to deal with and communication was great.

Everything you need for the beach

Great view of the gulf. It was so nice to have everything from beach chairs, towels, and toys for our vacation already there in the condo.

We understand the purpose of the screens but it takes away the real view , 2 and time staying here ,but I would give up for a later check in time so cleaners would not be rush to do a little better job , thanks for all they do

Great Family Vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was a great set up for our family of 5. The photos don't do this condo justice. There was a pack n play for the baby as well as a high chair. There were a ton of beach toys, umbrella, loads of chairs, beach and pool floats, a cooler and plenty of beach towels. The kitchen had all the things we needed. It would have been nice if there were some plastic cups or plates for the kids, but we just got some paper plates and disposable cups for them. Being this close to the beach is amazing. There was even a group of manatees that would swim past the condo every day. We will be back to Villa Madeira in the future!

Beautiful ocean views right on the beach. The condo had everything you needed for a perfect beach vacation. Condo was well stocked, the beds were super comfortable. Can’t wait to book again for next year

Fantastic Stay

We just finished a month in this beautiful condo. The location is perfect, it’s a nice walk to John’s Pass or to the restaurants and establishments to the north. The view is phenomenal. The condo is very comfortable and clean. It is well furnished with all you need for a wonderful stay. I have already reserved my month for next winter.

Great location

The property has a screened in balcony which helps keep insects and birds away. The furniture and main bed were very uncomfortable. Kitchen is cramped. No garbage disposal. Extremely poor lighting in all rooms. The condo needs some serious updating. We were day of travel before receiving our check=in instructions from owner. She was difficult to communicate with.

Great place with great location and views

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing! There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean, comfortable and just right on room needed for 4 of us.

Great place to stay! Loved the location

The pictures don't do this condo justice. Very roomy and the host made check in easy. Well worth our long drive from southern OH, not sure I'll get my wife and daughter to go back to the Carolinas now. There were floats, chairs, and toys provided as well. The sandbar was awesome at low tide and we found all kinds of sand dollars and shells. We'll be back for sure.

Screened in!

Pros: location to the water was great, this is the closest you can get to the water I think. Cons: KEYS! You have to keep these ancient keys with you everywhere, can’t get on the beach, pool, elevator without these special keys Screened in, you can’t enjoy the view from your balcony because the units all have this thick black screen, and the little window you can open to view the beach unobstructed, is screwed shut. Tiny 3rd bedroom, the laundry room has a twin bed that is the 3rd bedroom, this was not included in the pictures. Overall upkeep, in the master they have drywall patch holes with paint that is not even close to matching and also spots in the hallway and kitchen No TV in 2 smaller bedrooms Tiny TV in the living room The couch was horrible and not comfortable at all. Normally we stay further north in Indian rocks beach, we decided to try this location out and will not come back. The hassle with the keys is crazy, coupled with the restricting views made this really terrible considering what we are used to renting.

Right on the beach- oceanfront

Perfect condo. Just as described. The only thing I wish the screen on the porch we could raise to get pictures of the ocean and dolphins we saw swimming in the ocean. The screen interfered with the perfect pictures from the balcony. This is our 2nd year staying and will definitely be back.

A wonderful stay

First the pictures do not do this condo justice. It's huge and has everything you could need for an amazing trip. The ONLY downsides which weren't a huge deal was the weird smell of the shower water which we seem to find in every condo in florida, and the floors definitely needed a good mop our sons feet were black. But everything else was clean the beach was never crowded there were beach chairs, toys, floats, and beach towels. We shouldnt have taken any of our own beach items except our canopy. We have already decided to book this exact condo again for our next trip we enjoyed it so much. Thanks to the owners for having such a great condo I just suggest to update the pictures to better quality, because we almost didnt book it due to them. I'm SO glad we took the leap though.

Villa Madeira Great for Families

This was our third time staying at Villa Madeira and we’ve loved the beach there and each condo every time. It is probably our favorite beach location. One of my favorite things about this location is the short walk from the parking garage out to the water. It’s a much easier task getting things packed out to the beach than many locations we’ve been to. The condo complex is just how we like it as well. It’s a nice size but not massive and sprawling which keeps the beach from being too crowded. The condo itself was very nice. Our three kids loved that they each got their own bed. The kitchen had plenty of countertop space and was very nice. The living room area was nice sized as well. As far as condos go this unit is very spacious. The balcony area is screened in and is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and breakfast or watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend Villa Madeira and Molly’s condo! She was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely an A++++ vacation.

Great location

The location and layout of the condo is perfect. Was expecting a little more out of the decorations for the hefty price we paid for the week though. I’m not here for the decorations but they are pretty pathetic. Would stay here again.
