  • Este condominio hermoso y actualizado en el segundo piso tiene vista a la piscina del patio tropical Waves. Una habitación, un baño para cuatro personas. Waves-14 tiene una cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 2 televisores de pantalla plana, cocina totalmente equipada con olla de barro, DVD y un amplio vestidor en el dormitorio principal. Esta unidad duerme 4 con una cama queen size y un sofá cama queen. Acceso gratuito a internet inalámbrico! ¡Ven a experimentar esta increíble escapada pacífica!

    Waves cuenta con 20 condominios de una y dos habitaciones de propiedad individual. La entrada de código cerrada al complejo lo lleva a la piscina climatizada del patio, a la barbacoa y al servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas. La unidad tiene dos lugares de estacionamiento asignados (puede estacionar uno detrás del otro). Ubicado a solo 5 minutos a pie de la hermosa St. Pete Beach playas de arena blanca en el Golfo de México. Recientemente seleccionado como el principal destino de playa del país y famoso por sus impresionantes puestas de sol, St Pete Beach es una escapada de vacaciones ideal. Muchos servicios en el área incluyen alquiler de botes, alquiler de bicicletas, parapente, tablas de paddle surf, pesca, cruceros de observación de delfines, motos acuáticas, kayaks y casi cualquier deporte acuático imaginable, además de compras en Corey Ave y muchos restaurantes fantásticos.

Short walk to Upham Beach, great pool

We stayed for a few days, lots of places to eat within walking distance, and we really enjoyed the pool.

It was a pleasure staying here. The unit was very clean and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable leaving us well rested. Many restaurants and music entertainment within walking distance. The beach is a short walk which we went to regularly vs. the pool. It was nice seeing the pool attended to regularly and enjoyed by families. We have stayed in other units here and always have a great stay in this community.

Communicating with the host was simple and timely. Condo was very clean, comfortable for two people and adequately equipped with necessities. The waves is located in our favorite location of st Pete beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless and as described. Our only complaint was that the pool heater was not working so we didn't get to use the pool. The water was a chilly 65 degrees. Brrrr. I don't think that's a negative against the host, it's a shared pool .

Great locatiion

This property is a great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very nice private pool area and a close walk to a gym. The apartment is no frills but in good condition. The apartment has corners and areas that could use more attention when being cleaned. I do admit I am picky about that, however if you are paying a cleaning service, I feel it should be a part of their attention to detail. The service provided by the management company was outstanding!

3 minutes walk to St. Pete’s Beach

Great area/location…….. was unhappy that bedroom TV wasn’t working!!!! Also,it’s unfortunate that beach towels weren’t available!!!! We flew in from S. Dakota so didn’t pack beach towels!!!! If you do anything in the kitchen, there is literally 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel!! Unrealistic for a 7 day stay!!!

Close to beach

Overall the unit was perfect for 2 people and very clean, however if you don’t like stairs you may want to ask for a first floor unit. The location was great, we were 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Gulf Blvd. where many stores and restaurants are located. Most within walking distance. The only thing we did not like was that there was no washer or dryer in this unit. Which according to the person who booked this trip, she was under the impression that there was a washer and dryer in the unit.

The place was as described. The only problem was the sofa bed was broke but the manager compensated us for the inconvenience. It was quiet.

Getaway weekend

The wife and I wanted to get away for a weekend we only live 2 hours away. We rented this one bedroom condo through VRBO. We have stayed in the same complex before as it is a very secure location but not in a bad neighborhood in any way. I would rent through VRBO at this location again.

Fantastic vacation

We are very pleased with the the rental at the Waves. We really enjoyed our stay. All we needed was there. The kitchen with all the utensils to cook, modern fridge, and a glass top stove. The bathroom had plenty clean towels. The bedroom had clean sheets and a comfortable bed with plenty pillows. We loved the clean swimming pool and the location of the building. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Overall, we are very happy and we will recommend to our friends and family.

Fantastic vacations

We are very pleased with the the rental at the Waves, we really enjoyed our stay. All we needed was there, in kitchen with all the utensils to cook, modern fridge, and glass top stove. In the bedroom we had plenty clean towels, clean sheets, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. We love the clean swimming pool and the location of the building. We were walking distance to the beautiful beach. Overall, we are very happy and we will recommend to our friends and family.

Really nice

We are very please with the apartment, it's very comfortable, well distributed, and clean. The kitchen has full new equipment, with all the utensils to cook, the bedroom has a comfortable bed, clean sheets and comfortable pillows. The bathroom very clean, plenty towels for the pool and regular showers . We enjoyed swimming in the pool which has a clean water. We really enjoy walking to the beach which it was only a 4-5 minutes away from the apartment. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Just what we needed

My 18 year old daughter and I stayed at Waves 14 from a Sunday through Thursday morning. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I chose this location because it had a separate sleep area (sofa fold out) so my daughter could have her own ‘space'. She said it was much more comfortable than expected. Many times during our stay I thought that this condo would be a pretty nice place to live full time. This is an upstairs unit. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our beach get away. Loved having ice maker and cold water from fridge. Pool was clean and crystal clear. We didn't use it - while we were there there were families with younger kids having pool time fun. Upham Beach was clean and not horribly crowded. It is a couple of blocks walking to the beach - minimal sidewalks. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a Publix within a couple of miles to get groceries. I would recommend this location and would stay there again!
