Expansive waterfront views from our 1st floor Condo (easy access for bringing in groceries and parking at the door) and an oversized lanai overlooking the pool and Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. For our returning guests, we offer a travel loyalty program. Wander Residences is a beautiful complex on quiet Tierra Verde island. We are a mile from St Pete & Fort DeSoto Beaches. Both highly rated beaches each with different vibes. St. Pete Beach is lined with hotels and bars while Fort DeSoto is a quiet sanctuary for wildlife and lush landscape with lagoons, picnic benches and shelters. Rated #1 for families by Dr. Beach. Our place is great for families and couples. Our beaches boast white powder-soft, cool to touch sand and emerald green water. Our condo is super clean, updated, quiet with blazing fast wifi. We are 1 mile north of Fort DeSoto Beach and 1 mile south of St. Pete Beach. Easy access with a keyless self-check-in condo with an oversized lanai that overlooks the heated & cooled geothermal pool and Gulf of Mexico. Tierra Verde is the gateway to world-famous Fort DeSoto Park and its pristine beach trails, historic fort and celebrated for its waterfront views, boating, and fishing community along with great local restaurants. Our complex offers tennis, pickleball, kayaking (bring yours or rent them at Fort DeSoto), swimming, hot tub, fitness room, billiards in the clubhouse, or just relaxing at the pool or on St. Pete Beach or Fort DeSoto a mile away. St. Pete is a top destination for beach lovers and offers diverse, eclectic activities. Downtown St. Petersburg has been recently recognized for being a place for "hipsters", museum lovers, foodies, beach lovers and an overall favorite vacation destination. St. Pete Beach is 25 miles south of Tampa/Clearwater airport and 25 miles north of Bradenton/Sarasota airport. On Tierra Verde, enjoy fine dining and live music at Billy's, fabulous Italian cuisine at Tony & Nello's or the awesome Sea Worthy Fish and Bar. Very quite complex. Easy to get in and out. Blackout curtains would be very helpful, the security lights on outside were very bright.Communication with owner was super easy and questions were answered quickly. Upgrades were very nice.

Tierra Verde relaxation

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was super clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen has great appliances and it was perfect for our needs. Tierra Verde is a great location to relax and enjoy Florida.

Great location and hosts

Came down for a few days with my son to fish the local area. Lori was a fantastic host and made sure we had an easy checkin and checkout process, also appreciated the restaurant recommendation's. Location was perfect for us to base out of for multiple fishing trips. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be coming back next year. Joe from Alabama

Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location in Tierra Verde. The condo is exactly as described and the host, Lori, responds very quickly to questions. We were very close to beaches and great restaurants, but a relaxing retreat once we returned to the condo. I hope to come back here soon.

Great place and location

The condo was very nice! We loved the great location, close to the beach and Tropicana field. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We loved that cool pool. It was great to get in a Florida pool that was still cool and not warmed up by the sun.

In an area that’s understandably busy, this property was a peaceful sanctuary with a beautiful view. It’s well-landscaped and offers a well-maintained pool, overlooking the water. The condo couldn’t have been cleaner. Get ready to enjoy yourself, here!

Great Tierra Verde stay!

The property was just as described. Very clean, easy to get to, great parking and fully stocked for your stay. We were close to all of the local attractions, but being a walk or bike ride from beautiful Fort Desoto Park was amazing. Even though it was very cool for Florida, it was a great stay, and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax after a day out enjoying the beautiful Florida beaches. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent apartment

The apartment is a little old but just as described and typical for the area. It was spotless and with everything where it was supposed to be. We loved to buy one just like that and make it our summer apartment. We highly recommended it.

Beautiful!

This property was clean and cozy. So close to the beaches at Fort DeSoto State Park and St. Pete Beach. It was not crowded like some of the other areas. It was quiet and had several great amenities. It was a perfect escape for my husband and me.

Million Dollar View

We just retuned from our Florida vacation. Our condo was so nice. Very clean. Everything you need for your vacation. Owners were so easy to communicate with. The deck was where we hung out every morning, so relaxing and the view just calms your soul. It was a great stay!

Favorite "go-to" vacation destination

The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The grounds/landscaping exceptional. We always find room by the pool. Never over crowded. There's a beautiful view of the water and you can see Sunshine Skyway. We particularly love this place because of the neighborhood. It's beautiful, peaceful, no traffic. Couple of good local restaurants... Fort DeSoto Park is a few minutes down the road. Pass A Grille is a beautiful beach town pretty much right around the corner. St. Pete Beach minutes away. The owner is there for you. Replies to messages and makes sure you know what you need to know and have what you need to have. I don't normally write reviews but my husband and I have been so very pleased and comfortable here. We are already planning our next trip.
