  • This rental is in a prime location situated directly on the bay, just steps away from the beach and the main strip. This spacious apartment offers a complete home experience and is equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, In-unit washer/dryer, two full bathrooms and a large family room, access to the pool, and two assigned parking spaces. The property features a split floor plan to ensure privacy for guests on either side of the apartment. Additionally, this apartment in on the second floor featuring a private balcony overlooking the bay which offers stunning views of the sunrise and the occasional dolphin.

Great stay

My husband, son and I enjoyed a long weekend here. The place has a wonderful layout, lots of space and beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. It was a great stay!

Convenient location with charm

Loved this location. While the exterior and pool don’t have much curb appeal, the location, patio and interior more than make up for that. I’d stay here again. Great spot for families looking to enjoy the beach. Great hosts!

Lovely Stay

Easy check in process and great communication leading up to check in. The location was a short safe walk to the beach. The pool was super clean and a perfect temperature for relief from the heat. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome waterfront property

This apartment was wonderful. It was right on the water and sitting having morning tea on the balcony was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great kitchen and living room set up where we could all hang out. I highly recommend this place.

Spring break

Spent a few days with my college age daughter for her spring break. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place

Beautifully quiet on the dock side of Clearwater, and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of peace and quiet and free parking (two spots!) was a nice plus. And the condo was clean and so comfortable. Would 100% recommend this place.

Beautiful views!!!

My mother and I had a lovely stay at Waterfront Seaside Chic! The home was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the water. Gorgeous natural light fills the living space. We also thought the location was perfect; quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

Amazing views

Lina's home had amazing views from the balcony as it is right on the water. It was centrally located and within walking distance to the beach and shops. The home had all that we needed. Lina was very reachable and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Stay for a Family Wedding

We really enjoyed the quiet environment and the great views from the balcony. The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages the owners left for us. It was a nice unexpected treat after a long drive to get there. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation 2024

This place is very nice. The pool was great also! I would recommend chic #3 to anyone who wants to relax and overlook the bay. If you sit out on the balcony and be patient you will see dolphins in the bay. The beach isn't a bad walk, it can be hot though if the temperatures are high and the humidity is up. Lovely place!

Beautiful rental

We were on the 2nd floor and we were so impressed with the view from the condo. Loved the feel of the condo from when we walked in. The layout is perfect for a few people staying the night. Bedrooms on opposite ends and the couch turns into a trundle type bed. We had a great stay.

Great Property, Close to Everything

This is a great place to stay for a couples’ weekend. Sweeping views of the water and beautiful sunrises over the water with a balcony view make for great ways to wake up. The owners were very helpful and we felt welcome from the minute we walked in. We would recommend this place to anyone for a couples weekend or a family looking for a beach vacation. It’s walking distance to everything and there are beach implements for the short walk to the water. Great trip!

Beautiful stay

I was impressed from the moment we walked in. This place is clean the toilet papers had little flowers folded on them. The bedsheets and pillows so fresh and clean. The host left us a bottle of wine and all of the beach amenities that we needed including an umbrella. I would stay at this property again. It is also easy to get to everything in town and walk to the beaches
