✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles on the large driveway, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is one garage space and additional street parking is available.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the large entryway. An additional desk can be provided on request.
✹ PET FRIENDLY: Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you.
✹ NO SMOKING: No smoking in the unit. Smoking is only permitted outside, behind the garage. Failure to comply will result in a $500 cleaning fee surcharge.
