This coastal, luxurious home features a private, heated saltwater pool, designed to provide guests with the tranquil ambiance of the Florida lifestyle. The immaculate property is perfect for group getaways and family vacations, situated in close proximity to world-renowned beaches.

Upon entering the home, you'll be struck by the spacious living room, stunning tile floors, the captivating view of the pool, and the expansive backyard.

The thoughtfully decorated living and dining areas feature modern furnishings and a 75-inch smart TV, creating an ideal space for group gatherings, family get-togethers, and family reunions.

Kitchen:
The stunning open-concept kitchen features top-of-the-line, high-tech Samsung appliances, modern cabinets, and expansive quartz countertops, creating a luxurious atmosphere even while cooking. A wine cooler is conveniently located beneath the kitchen island.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials, a "ninja" combo coffee maker that offers both filter and pod brewing options, as well as a "ninja" blender, toaster, air fryer, cooking mixer, electric kettle and more.
New AC/ heat unit and new thermostat installed in January 2025.
4 luxurious and modern bedrooms:
The spacious master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, remote-controlled lighting and ceiling fan, and a 55-inch television.

Both the second and third bedrooms are well-appointed, with queen-size beds, ample closet space, remote-controlled lighting and fans, and 43-inch televisions.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, a TV, a closet, and remote-controlled lighting and a ceiling fan. Toys and board games available in the closet.

The bathrooms have been completely remodeled, resulting in a spacious and modern design.

Relax with a refreshing dip in our heated, saltwater pool. The saltwater composition is gentle on your skin and eyes, providing a soothing swimming experience.
The backyard offers a variety of outdoor amenities, including a BBQ grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a dining area, hammock, floats, water toys, and kids swimming vests.

Situated just minutes drive from renowned beaches, as well as a short drive to popular attractions in the nearby area, including Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Tampa, Busch Gardens, the Aquarium, the Zoo, St. Petersburg and Dunedin, among others.

We provide a variety of beach essentials, including beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, foldable chairs…

Additionally, we offer child-friendly amenities such as a highchair, crib, pack 'n play crib with sheets and blanket, children's dinnerware, cups, utensils, books, and if you have any other needs, we will be happy to try and provide it.

Dedicated workstation features computer desk, ergonomic chair and table light.

The house is exactly what the picture depicts.

We were four senior golfers on our annual "boys golf trip." The property was perfect for our needs i.e. four comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen/living area. The house was immaculate and ready for our arrival. The location, while not near the water, was very convenient to shopping and major roadways to access the places that we wanted to go. A quiet neighborhood that felt very safe.

Blue Jays Spring Training Family Trip

We had an excellent week at this home. It is the best house we have rented. It looked exactly like the pictures in the listing and had everything we needed. We spent our time at Jays games or the beach.

Spacious, newly renovated and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at Biljana’s newly renovated home, which is in a nice quiet neighborhood near many area attractions. Well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean! My wife is a clean freak and Biljana’s place met her standards And Biljana was a wonderful host and great communicator.

Lovely getaway!

This was a perfect stay for a couples trip. The home is immaculately furnished. The owners have cut no corners in preparing their home for a luxurious stay. The showers are heavenly, the pool is nice and clean, the kitchen has all of the details of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent setup

The pool area/backyard is lovely for a small gathering. The kitchen and house were well outfitted. The owners added nice touches like a high chair if needed, beach chairs, and a collapsing cart for the beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions/booking/arrival/departure we had.

Wonderful and very clean! Great neighborhood

House was in a great location! It was very clean. Had a lot of amenities. Well appointed kitchen . Super nice newer washer and dryer that was pristinely clean! Lots of linens and towels . We enjoyed the back yard very much! Beds were comfy . And Ac & Heater worked very well! Biljana was a great communicator! If we needed anything at all she was on it within minutes letting us know . We appreciated her and her husband so much . They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy . Definitely would stay again! Thank you !!

Family stay for Mother's 80th Birthday

This was a fantastic property to stay at. Super Clean and so much room for everyone. We had 8 members of my family staying for a surprise 80th Birthday Party for my Mother. We came from all over...Connecticut, Florida, Chicago and Michigan. It was the perfect setup for us and very close to everything we needed and within 1/2 hour of airports. Biljana was excellect with us in providing everything we needed for the weekend and very accesible if we had questions. Some of my family members wanted the information on the property so that they could stay there again. A great weekend and nice property that had all the amenities we needed. Definitely will keep this on our list of places to stay again as we frequently visit Palm Harbor to see family.

Great and pleasant family time

We enjoyed everything at this property. Host is very responsive and took care of little things we missed. Overall one of the best VRBO homes we got so far. Kitchen has everything you need, pool is well maintained, they even provide beach chairs/towels and a buggy to carry that stuff. Recommending for any bigger group looking for a great newly renovated and clean place.

Nicer vacation rental

Our family truly enjoyed staying here. The place is just as pictured. The house had all the new updates, new appliances (fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, air fryer, coffee maker, etc..), and amenities. TV in 3 rooms. It had all the feeling of being at home instead of a rental property. The heated pool was awesome, we enjoyed that more than the ocean water as it was still cold in April. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. It was close to stores and restaurants. The house is managed by the owners instead of a management team, which we can respect. We would stay there again and recommend to others.
