  • Beach Place #207 - If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the beach, here it is! Beach Place #207 Vacation rental offers everything you need for a memorable vacation, including updated kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances. A dining table adjoining the kitchen comfortably fits six people and the living space provides plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony offers uncompromising views of Madeira Beach, one of the best beaches in all of Florida, and serves as a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets after a fun filled day. Free Wifi This condo has 2 parking spots and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    The master bedroom and second guestroom are both spacious with two queen sized beds and adjoining bathrooms, and offer plenty of closet dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one double bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

    When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

    Visitors enjoy the ideal location of this complex, just steps from the beach, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. One of the most popular attractions is directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment. Just steps from the front door, this eclectic attraction is highly noticeable due to it's pirate themed boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

    Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is great. The location is very convenient for shopping and eating. Beds were firm but comfortable, Our kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Kitchen was adequately equipped. We ate breakfast there. The elevator did stop working but they had it fixed quickly, so thank you to maintenance. If you want to enjoy John’s Pass you can actually walk under the bridge.

Reviewer Comments: The place was ok not very clean the beds were uncomfortable in the master bathroom,the close proximity to everything was nice but the crowd it brought to the beach was not family friendly like at Clearwater Beach or even Redington Beach they were drunk,loud and obnoxious,so I would never stay there again.

The floor was so dirty that our feet were covered in black just walking around for a few minutes without socks on. It would have been nice to have the basic kitchen items like coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar etc, even in packets to get us started. We were required to purchase everything after arriving.Everything was in good working order with the exception of the dryer. It probably requires replacement, as it took 2-3 hours to dry a load on towels.The pool area was very clean and was attended to each morning. During the first week of our stay, however, every table was taken over as soon as (or before) the pool area opened at 9am, and was held all day whether the people were present or not. In one case 6 chairs were taken prior to 9am and only one was in use from 9am-12pm. We did speak with other guests and it seems to an ongoing issue. The second week was much much more relaxing, once these folks departed the property.Suggestion - have additional chairs stacked along the side. I believe that there were a total of 12 chairs for 5 tables. This way, even if people collude to take all the tables, there will be sufficient chairs in addition to lounges.Overall a great location and a wonderful stay.

The property unit 207 is clean although slightly dated. Because I am here for 5 weeks, my biggest wish was for a larger sweeper!!! The kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable beds and living room. Would like to use the patio more...any chance for a bigger table? Everyone at the Beach Place office is so very helpful and their maintenance staff is top-notch. We are coming back again next year to Unit 207. I have several friends all trying to stay at Beach Place Condo's. We have been coming to this condo for 28 years and have stayed in several wonderful units but am very happy with 207!!! I can't imagine going elsewhere.

The location was ideal, the views were gorgeous, the condo was nice but the overall facility needed a refresh. It felt pretty dated. Maintenance was a bit lacking and don’t get me started on the trash bags they leave you. Good place to stay if your expectations are realistic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved our stay at Beach Place Unit 207. We have been coming to Beach Place for 25 years and this particular unit for 6. Over time we have increased our stay from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. That means over 1/12 of my year is spent there! With that being said I would like to suggest a couple things. The reason I am there is the beach, the beach is sand. It is everywhere. I would have like a vacuum for hard surfaces like--like a Shark or Bissell. I like to keep things clean. 2nd--the prices seem to go up every year...considerably. For individuals staying over 2 weeks a second cleaning should be included within the current costs or at least the offer of one! This year was also a little different with renters. Probably from the pandemic. Kids a little wilder....there were families at the pool that didn't seem to be guests. I am sure that will take care of itself. I always recommend Beach Place but it is difficult to get in. The thing I appreciate most is you giving me first opportunity to re-rent my place for the following year. That is truly a blessing. I will be coming back to Beach Place next year. I love it! And I want to thank to staff in the Beach Place office, they make things so easy!

The condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The is plenty of room for storage of suitcases in huge closet areas...would even be great place for a crib. The brand new washer and dryer was a PLUS! The weather was cool but the "heated" pool really was heated and folks were in it all of the time. The common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom tubs and tile area could be updated. But the rest of house was updated & clean. For the price it was very good.
