Welcome to our tropical paradise, just 10-15 mins to beach and about 15-20 to downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes, the suite is with everything you need including plenty of amenities. Come check out this large 1 bedroom 1 bath suite with fenced in yard featuring grill and seating area. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!
The space
Welcome to this large suite! As you come in you’ll love the living room/kitchen combo space featuring full sofa bed 42inch tv and eating space for your preferences in the kitchen you’ll appreciate the French door refrigerator with plenty of space for the long term tenants looking for monthly rents, also appliances as microwave, coffee maker and conventional oven all of your necessities in the space. As you walk in the room you will appreciate the nicely done decor and very comfortable queen bed as well as amenities such as extra towels, sheets and beach towels and to top it all you’ll have your very own private bathroom en-suite. Completely remodeled and convenient for your needs.

I was visiting family, and it was the perfect location and size for me. In stayed Thursday through Sunday, it was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It is located close to the beach and all the local restaurants. I will choose this property again the next time come to the area.

Lovely place for a getaway

Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Close to everything you need(Beaches, stores, etc). We will definitely come back, check in was smooth and unit had everything we needed for our stay.

Great little place

Perfect little getaway for 2. Accurate description, location was perfect for us, and size was adequate for 2. Only suggestions i would have to improve this place is maybe a stackable washer and dryer, and a better stove for those wanting to cook instead of eating out. Other than that, perfect. A definite revisit for us.

One night stay.

I stayed at this location for one night. It was ok for what I needed. Though, for the price I would expect the place to be a little cleaner. There was pet hair on all of the furniture and there was an over all pet small, the microwave was not clean, small things like that. The drain in the shower took over an hour to drain, so I had to stand in water to shower. Again, for the price, I would just expect a little more.

Great spot with a couple things to note

This rental was well priced for location and its amenities. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, large fridge and freezer space for food and drinks. Nice patio Area to smoke or relax. Water pressure was great, water got very hot and cold. AC worked great, place was kept cold! Host and Co-host made arrangements for me to check in a few hours early which was great! A couple things to note/suggest, a small dresser or shelves to go in the closet for clothing, especially for those who have longer stays. Communication with Co-host was not the greatest, I sent a message a month prior to my booking and didn’t get a response until I was already on my way and that was because I sent another message. Upon my arrival I was welcomed to the rental with a “wet dog” scent that lingered my whole trip. I messaged the co-host about it, to which I received a reply and was offered for the host to come check it out, which I replied requesting for the host to come by while I am there, I heard nothing back. Outside of the minor issues to include lack of storage for clothing, communication, and wet dog scent the place was great and I would definitely stay again.

Convenient

Property was small, clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Great shower. Everything we needed for our stay! Roughly 10 minutes to anything you need (Beaches, Food, etc.) Only negative is no dresser or place to unpack clothes besides a closet with a few hangers. Overall a nice stay and very convenient for us!
