Escape to paradise in this stunning Clearwater Beach townhome! Enjoy breathtaking water views, a private rooftop terrace, and a shared pool just steps away. With a prime location, you're a short walk from Pier 60, vibrant restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying a tranquil retreat. This spacious, remodeled home features a modern kitchen, luxurious master suite, and all the comforts for an unforgettable family vacation.



Our townhouse is ONLY booked in 7 day blocks, Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4PM Saturday, check out time is 10AM.

Remodeled Luxury Townhome, 3 levels but don't worry about the stairs, as the private elevator accesses all the floors including the rooftop terrace! Enjoy breathtaking Clearwater / Clearwater Beach views and waterfront from your private rooftop and terrace including gas grill and patio setting for dining, entertaining, sunrises and sunsets or just relaxing. Or walk a few steps out your door and sit poolside sipping cocktails/brews.

Kitchen & Dining Room

Located on 2nd level includes breakfast bar sitting area and table, solid surface quartz counter tops fully-equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and microwave. All towels & kitchen utensils are provided for your convenience... just add people, food and memories!



Living Room

Located on 2nd level includes large comfortable couch, flat screen TV and gathering table. Multi slide door leads to a view overlooking the pool and harbor.



Master Bedroom 1 - King Bed

The Master Bedroom Suite is located on the 3rd level with a super plush king size mattress, flat screen TV, large walk-in shower and quartz vanity tops. Master bedroom also has a large closet and dresser to store your belongings. Plantation shutters cover large windows overlooking the harbor.



King Bedroom 2 - King Bed

Located on 3rd level includes plush mattress, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and a full bath.



King Bedroom 3 - King Bed Plus 1 Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4)

Located on 2nd level, includes plush mattresses, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and a full bath.



Bonus Room

Located on ground level, 60'' Flat Screen TV, Air hockey table and a Full Bath. Double French Doors lead you to Clearwater Bay Waterfront and swimming pool.



Full Laundry with Washer & Dryer on 3rd level.



Guest Access:

Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a unique access code for the front door. Guests have access to the entire townhouse, including the garage, which can accommodate one vehicle (please note, we do not provide a garage door opener for safety reasons). The driveway offers parking for up to two additional vehicles, depending on their size.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the last few years, and it continues to be our go-to spot in Clearwater Beach. The home is always clean and well maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive—easy to reach and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need.You truly can’t beat the location for a family stay. It’s close to all the best parts of Clearwater Beach, while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. We always look forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place to stay.

We loved the house. There were plenty of rooms/space for all us to spread out. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and rooftop terrace everyday. The house was walking distance to many restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach! We did have a minor problem with the elevator but after messaging the owner, it was fixed right away and it worked perfectly the rest of the week. Owner answered any questions I had in a timely manner each time and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again! (Only issue we had was with the pool - it was not cleaned until the day we were leaving so we did not use it at all.)

House is perfect for couples/small family. We never used 1st floor and still had plenty of room.Floors werent very clean- we wear socks in house and they were very dirty. House is in great location. The only downfall was having to babysit 2 workers for the A/C while we were there. We werent comfortable allowing them access to house without us present. Overall, we had a great vacation enjoying family time.

Great stay. Check in/out procedures well documented. Condo was clean (cleaning person was still there when we arrived, she was very nice and informative). Condo has everything that you will need (kitchen/bath/beach/etc). Quiet location approx 5 minute walk to beach. A lot of stairs; however the elevator helps.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. It really caters to a large family with multiple floors and space to spread out. It was just a very very short walk to the beach and access to downtown Clearwater. It has amazing views and a nice pool as well. Very clean and very spacious. I couldn’t say enough great things about it.

Everything was fantastic! We can't wait until next year! Great location! The house was so welcoming and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of everything. The view was amazing. There was an issue with the freezer and elevator and Amanda was immediate in her response. We were so sad to leave. But we will definitely be back! ( I didn't get to write in the guest book because my husband lost his drivers license on the beach on Thursday, so we were preoccupied with that for our last day there.) Also, our favorite restaurant was The Spotted Donkey!

We loved it and had a great time! When we first brought our stuff in, I had to sweep & mop because there was sand and coffee dripped all the way up the stairs. I don’t blame the cleaning ladies though because they probably felt rushed. I think they left at 4:30pm.Also, we only seen one trash can beside the door so thats the one we used all week. Thank you so much! We will definitely contact you our next trip to Clearwater!

Amazing

This beautiful home offered us everything we could ask for and more. The location is perfect for checking our restaurants, shopping, and going to the beach. The deck is a nice place to unwind with an amazing view. We loved everything about this home. Thank you Kelly and Amanda!

We had a great time with our family. The townhouse was at a great location, near the beach, just steps from the private pool. It was well stocked with everything you need for the stay and for a visit to the beach. We loved it!!!

Great location but will not stay at this property again

The location is fantastic, but the townhouse needs some TLC and a new cleaning crew. When we arrived, the owner notified us that the elevator was out of service until Monday. The elevator company showed up Tuesday and we were told they have emergency service for weekends, but the owner did not want to pay premium. Also, the garage / basement had the trash overflowing in the garbage can from previous renter and I had to bag it and bring it to a local dumpster to dispose of it. The Futon bed in the family room was completely broken and unusable and had to place mattress on the floor. Since the elevator was broken for 4 days, we did not use the roof top deck until the fifth day when I thought we would use the grill. unfortunately, the propane grill was unusable because it was never cleaned from previous renters and left 3 empty tanks along with their mess. The owner offered to have propane delivered but declined because i was not going to clean the grill from previous renters. I have rented other units on the same block for the past 10 years and will continue, but unfortunately some owners rely on their cleaning crew to update them on the condition of the unit and when you have a cleaning crew that could leave an overflowing garbage can with over a week of trash was totally unacceptable. I will stay at more updated units down the block for next visit. I am very surprised with all the great reviews that I am the only one that experienced this.

Perfect spot for a family beach getaway

We loved our stay in Clearwater beach! The location was great- walking distance to to beach and pier, but on a quiet street. The house was also much larger than it seemed in the pictures, so everyone had plenty of room!

Beautiful Place

At first I was very unsure of not staying right on the beach. However, this place was amazing. The view was still beautiful, and it was a nice quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The place itself was very comfy and welcoming. It had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The owners were also very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this place!
