⚠️ Important Construction Notice – Ocean Sands
Ocean Sands is currently undergoing parking garage renovations in Tower 2. We want to ensure guests are informed of the following temporary changes:
- Parking: Both levels of the Tower 2 parking garage are closed. Guests may park in any available space in Tower 1.
- Construction Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Expected Completion: December 2026 (estimated and subject to change).
- Noise: Construction noise may be noticeable throughout the day, even with doors and windows closed. Higher-floor units, including Unit 903, may experience slightly less noise, depending on the work being performed.
We appreciate your understanding as the building completes these improvements!

~ This condo requires a two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
~ $100 registration Fee charged at the time of booking.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

PARKING 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Guests need to park in either the assigned parking spot under the building or can park outside along the front of the building.

🧼SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
