Cute studio corner unit located in a peaceful, centrally located area in the Historic Uptown neighborhood of St. Pete. This spot is alllll about location! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr and St. Pete Pier are 1 mile away! Grab a bike 3 at Historic Round Lake Park, 3 blocks away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The Space
The unit is located near a street corner and is one of 10 units on the property. The unit you will be staying in is towards the back of the property and up the stairs, where two other units are as well. Your private unit has a kitchen/dining area, bedroom, and bathroom area within the studio. The bed is a queen size bed with space located below for your luggage or extra items. There is a chest with the TV on top of it and a few cubby areas for clothing. There is a hanging rack for clothing. The bedroom also has a couch for a sitting area. The TV is a Roku TV with Spectrum cable. The unit has Wi-Fi. There is a full-size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, mini cooler, and towels. Laundry room is downstairs from the unit and accessed by way of a code. Parking is street parking.

Guest Access
The patio area outside your door is shared by the guest across from you. The laundry room is available to all guests. The property has permanent tenants that reside there.

Other things to note:
The neighborhood is very peaceful with sidewalks for a stroll or a bike ride anytime. Please note the tenants in the building are long term tenants.

Thank you 4U! The studio was in a perfect location for everything my friend and I needed for our birthday trip. It’s perfect for 2 guests! The area surrounding was nice as well, and we loved staying. It’s in a perfect spot if you’re planning on exploring downtown St. Pete. Leann was so sweet and very communicative, and we appreciate how accessible everything was as well. 10 stars if I could!!!

I've lived in St. Pete for a while, but needed to stay here while doing work on my house. Great location, very safe neighborhood. Close to one of my favorite restaurant that looks over round lake. There are stairs, but the view is nice and the chairs are comfortable and clean. They made very good use of the space and I felt I had everything I needed for my stay. I actually eat leftovers, so having the baking sheet and microwave was very useful.Great floors and clean space.

Very clean and comfortable studio apartment. We were very impressed with the ingenuity of utilizing the space to provide everything we needed. The neighborhood is cute-old style Florida. We'd stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.

Perfect Little Getaway!

Absolutely perfect little spot for a couples weekend. Very affordable with just enough space and amenities to keep it comfortable. Comfy bed, good wifi, and an adorable, eclectic neighborhood to explore. Twenty minutes to several beaches but far enough away we could escape the holiday weekend madness. Would definitely book again!

Cozy & Clean

My husband went to St. Petersburg to see a concert for his birthday. This apartment was in a great location, cute neighborhood, close to downtown. There are two coffee shops and at least one restaurant within two blocks. The apartment was cozy and clean. They provided some light snacks and bottled water. They even left some balloons for my hubby's birthday which was a very nice touch. Great for a couples getaway.

Comfy and enjoyable stay

This studio was very nice. It was decorated really nicely and smelled really good when I entered (which is important to me). It was a spacious studio and had everything I needed. Communication with the owner was excellent and there were no issues at all with entering, leaving, or throughout my weekend stay. Would recommend!

Great place in Uptown

I had a great time at this property. The place was very comfortable and located in a nice neighborhood. I was able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants easily and could get in and out of downtown quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to St Pete!

Great place and location!

The place was great! Would definitely stay again. Fits 2 people comfortably and only 1 mile from the water but there are city bikes to rent and are accessible. Quiet and clean neighborhood with many places near by to eat. The lock on the front door was missing a screw so it would take a couple of times to lock, but everything else was perfect.
