    Prime location right by historical Fort De Soto Beach to your right and to your left St Pete Beach, the Don Cesar, walking distance from Bayway Trail with breathtaking views!

    Updated first floor condo. kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Fully stocked with all the cooking essentials and coffee maker.

    Spacious primary bedroom with large Remodeled bathroom attached with Walk In Shower. Secondary bedroom has two twin beds and a updated bathroom attached. Full size washer and dryer. Backs to the 7th green on Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club. Community pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

    Closet with two beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag, sand and pool toys.

Our stay at this condo was outstanding. Communication with the host was timely. More than adequate supplies available. Cant say enough about the grounds and security in the area. Quiet setting yet close to everything. Definitely going back.

Home away from home

I greatly enjoyed my lengthy stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was amazing. It's just a short trip to Fort DeSoto, St. Pete Beach, and downtown St. Pete. Looking forward to my next stay!

Everything was perfect!

Easy access with lockbox-quick response from owner! Wonderful view, easy access to St. Pete Beach. Condo was very well stocked and extremely clean. Will certainly be booking again!

Slice of paradise

I spent the last 2 winters here and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The owner is great to work with and was very responsive to my every need! The location was perfect; walking distance to beaches and restaurants and only a short drive to an exuberant downtown St. Pete and Fort Desoto Park. It is truly a slice of paradise!

A relaxing getaway

We loved the layout and decor inside. We were ecstatic about the pool and hot tub! In our closet we even had tons of noodles and pool toys for our daughter to enjoy. We would definitely stay there again next time! The owner was also always available if we had questions.

Isla Paradise

Unfortunately only stayed a week. Next time will stay longer. Very nice condo, easy check in and frequent communication with owner. Great value for the price.

Great stay & hosts

Having stayed at multiple units at Isla Del Sol over the last 5 years it is always a great location if you like the beach and downtown St Pete. This location did not disappoint. Devin does a great job of making it feel like home and the neighbors were very nice as well. Host was very responsive. Thanks for everything.

Two weeks August 2023

Condo was absolutely beautiful. Stocked with all needed supplies. Things for the beach was a huge plus! Had a problem with the air conditioning. Devin took care of the problem right away. No complaints!!

Great Stay Overall

The stay was great overall!! We had great communication with Devin. Overall property was very clean. The fridge was not wiped out and had crumbs from previous renters. Fully stocked kitchen!! Master bed is super firm which for some is great not so much for me. Master tub could use an upgrade. But none of the small stuff would deter me from staying again. I really loved all the supplies at the condo. Definitely check in before shopping!! The Pool was fantastic. Overall great property. Thank you Devin for sharing your home with us last week!! ❤️

Honest Review of our experience

My family and I stayed in this condo for 7 days. Below is my experience and review from the stay Pros: Great location Home has all the amenities you need for your stay Devin was responsive when anything was needed Clean (a few cons about cleanliness below) Felt very safe and the area was very clean and well maintained Cons: A couple in the same complex left two notes on our car regarding the parking pass for not having it and for not displaying it properly (we got to the condo at midnight and it was a long weekend from the holiday so both times the office to get the parking pass was not open) - always felt they were watching us (we respected the property and were only there to sleep) -the bottom of our feet were black from walking bare feet on the floors everyday (there was no solution from host other then sorry and that they were professionally cleaned and sealed) - the floors were filthy - I noticed a review from May 2022 saying the floors needed a deep clean -silverfish bugs always in the bathroom (countertops and bathtub) Overall the condo was sufficient and nice and I would stay again if the above issues were resolved

AWESOME...CLEAN, SUPER HOSTS NICE VIEW!!

Super easy to get to. Accommodations were AWESOME...very clean, well stocked and spectacular view of golf green. Hosts were never more than a phone or text message away and ALWAYS responded.

Modern condo in beautiful neighborhood

The property was very clean and updated, in a super nice, quiet community with security personnel driving around at all times of the day. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed including many extra sheets, blankets, dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent which all came in handy for our week long stay. The large closets had plenty of hangers. The property also had couple of very nice beach chairs and high quality beach towels available for us to use. The pool was just a 2 minute walking distance from the condo, and it was beautiful, clean and had a spa with it also. The location is perfect for going to the beaches - best ones being Fort De Soto with the prettiest beaches- also cheapest as entrance to the park is only $5 and the other beaches that are way busier have hourly parking meters instead. The condo was also just a quick 15 minute drive away from lively St. Petersburg downtown, and only about 25-30 minutes from Tampa. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental for its great location, for the good quality and plentiful amenities.

Great stay!

Devin was great with responding. I was in the area early and Devin was able to accommodate me with early check in. Place was clean and we loved everything about it! Will be back! I have ocd and has high expectations in cleanliness, devins condo met all of my expectations! Excellent condo, spotless and great location.

A perfect place to stay

This property is perfect! It is located in a beautiful complex. The unit is so clean, tastefully decorated, and has lots of space. Kitchen has all you need (& more). Living area & bedrooms are very comfortable. So accessible to great local walks, and activities in Ft DeSoto, Pass-A-Grille, & St Pete’s Beach. Devin was easy to communicate with & provided everything we needed. It’s a perfect place to stay!
