Experience Indian Rocks Beach like a local in this 2-bedroom condo. This beautiful property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and shower for added convenience. Book now and enjoy everything this condo has to offer. There are an abundant number of towels and bedroom linens.

When you get the Florida sand in your toes you will want to return to this cozy condo that makes you feel like you are at home! Split bedrooms give guests their privacy! The master bedroom on the Gulf side has an ensuite bath, walk in closet and sitting area overlooking the Gulf. TV (for Netflix, etc.) and overhead fan add to your comfort.
A seating area is included in the dining area allowing you to enjoy the view of the beach when you are eating or relaxing...or just keeping someone in the kitchen company. The kitchen is well equipped for a gourmet cook or just for someone enjoying casual beach life meals!
On the other side you will find the family room and second bedroom...and of course another bath. The family room has the cable TV and a direct view of the intracoastal waterway where you can see all of the interesting boats passing by. If you are a fisherman you will note there is a private dock for your enjoyment. Just off the family room is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The balcony on this side has chairs and tables for you to enjoy...maybe breakfast while you watch the sunrise.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin (there is even a trundle under the twin)! there is a TV (for Netflix, etc.) and an overhead fan; as well there is a walk in closet.
On the gulf side you can enjoy the large balcony and view the sunset...while enjoying your special drink at the high top table. Below you can see the pool and the lovely white beach! For our winter guests they will find the pool heated. There are tables with umbrellas, many lounges and chairs and a BBQ grill and picnic table for you!
Check in is quick and easy. There is a reserved parking space undercover. One visitor space may be used and additional city parking is available across the street.
Many local restaurants are within walking distance. And of course there are many attractions available if you can be lured from the beach!

Loved the condo! Beautiful area, have been coming down for years, would stay again if outside stairwell lock gets fixed, so we dont get locked out again!
