All bedrooms have flat screen, smart TVs which also have several over the air channels as well. Interior laundry room with washer and dryer. Beach gear provided: chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys provided. Ice machine for coolers/drinks and a garage refrigerator for that overflow from the kitchen fridge or beverages.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for dining in or grilling out by the pool. The house is walking distance to grocery, shopping, and dining. Benedicts Breakfast restaurant, Angry Pepper Bar & Grill, Westshore Pizza, China King, nail and spa, yoga and Method fitness all are in the Publix shopping center which is a short walk from the house.

Sliding glass doors from the living room and kitchen lead to the lanai and with exterior seating for 8 at the table and bar area.

Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and is stocked with cooking utensils for preparing your favorite meals. If you'd rather cook and dine outside, fire up the gas grill and enjoy the el fresco atmosphere.

Several outdoor dining spots, beach shops, and water sports also at nearby John’s Pass. The surrounding town of Seminole has plenty of restaurants, nearby parks and playgrounds. The Pinellas Trail is a linear, multi-use trail extending from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and is in close proximity. The Trail provides a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating and biking.
