The resort lives in St. Petersburg

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath poolside at Bahia Vista in Isla Del Sol.  Flat-screens TVs in bedroom and living room. For Florida weather, tile throughout the condo. The condo sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining guest room is furnished with two twin-sized beds. In the living room, you have a beautiful sectional with a queen sleeper sofa and designer table for dining or playing cards/puzzles/games, and a flat-screen with TV/blu-ray player.  Wifi is available and password will be provided. The furnished kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with an eat-in country kitchen area, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, and oven.  Enjoy the full size energy efficient washer and dryer! Balcony overlooking golf course and large pond with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Go out the front door of the condo and you are directly in front of the pool with hot tub. Situated near St. Petersburg Beach, Pass-A-Grille, Boca Ciega Bay, and Terra Verde. The area is also close to Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, Madiera Beach, Fort DeSoto Park, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Bay and Busch Gardens. The location allows guests to enjoy fishing, parasailing, golfing, boating, shopping, miniature golf, dolphin watching, snorkeling, wine tasting, fine dining, and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the condo or the various beachside restaurants. 
 
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Fort DeSoto Park, Busch Gardens in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Dolphin Tale Movie-Winter), Tropicana Field (Tampa Bay Rays), Tampa Bay Rowdies (Demens Landing in St. Petersburg), Smuggler's Cove in Madiera Beach and Indian Shores (miniature golf), The Florida Aquarium (Tampa), The Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg, Alligator Attraction at John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, boat rentals in Terra Verde and many restaurants. Some of our favorites are Skyway Jack's in St. Petersburg for home cooking and great fish, Gigi's on Gulf Boulevard for fine Italian cuisine and pizza, The Brass Monkey in Pass-A-Grille, Shell's on Gulf Boulevard, Spinners at The Grand Plaza Hotel (great food and beautiful sunset at the revolving restaurant), and Crabby Bill's in St. Petersburg or Indian Shores.

Please note: the association charges $100 fee for parking in which is in addition to rental fees. I will give information regarding pick up and payment for the parking pass upon confirmation of rental agreement. Also, there is a $165 cleaning fee.
