The Sunset Vistas Resort has everything you are looking for: secure and modern facilities and decor, two resort style beachfront swimming pool (one for the little ones), a beachfront Tiki bar, on-site cafe (great food!), lush tropical style grounds and assigned parking.



    This fifth floor unit is located on the South side of the building, close to the beach side, with easy access to the elevators, pool and beach. Enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or a meal out on your private balcony with a nice southern view of Treasure Island beach and the Gulf water.

We had a great stay in Treasure Island! The view from the condo was amazing! The little beach bar on site is a great touch! The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient place to stay for a long weekend beach vacation and spring training. Easy beach, access, plenty of walkable, restaurants, beach bar, walkable shopping. Would definitely come back.

Partial ocean view but full sunrise. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Minor issues, which did not affect stay, were passed along to Itrip and they were very responsive. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant on site.

Great Get Away

My wife and I need a couple days change of scenery and this provided a great escape. On the beach and close to lots of restaurants and activities. Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay.

Unit was clean, roomy, property was on the beach with a pool. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. Property manager Liz was also quick to respond to any questions I had.

The amenities and location were great. The kids pool and being steps from the beach were perfect for our family. The condo was very surface level cleaned and needs a good cleaning.

My family enjoyed this rental! All communication was clear and accurate which made check-in and check-out super easy. Loved the building, pool and location. Having the washer/dryer in unit was sooo helpful with all the trips to the pool and the beach. From this location, we explored Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Petersburg and Tampa. This was the perfect retreat for our family. Thank you!
