The Space:
Guests enjoy convenient in-town accommodations along with excellent amenities Roku TV with streaming capabilities, blazing fast WiFi, and a home that is a short drive to public beach access!

Boasting 2 bedrooms; 2 beds; 1 Sleeper sofa ; 2 bathrooms; dines and sleeps up to 5 Guests!

Guest Access:
24-hour access, no restriction or curfews, guests receive a personalized PIN code for door access just after booking, which activates from arrival until departure dates.

The Neighborhood:
This home is situated in St Petersburg, FL on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. It's very close to nearby hospitals and a quick 20-min drive to public beach access. Please note St Petersburg zoning does allow trailer homes, which are common in this area. Some homes are in disrepair in this developing neighborhood but rest assured there is no safety issue in this centrally located home.

Getting Around:
This home is located in a car dependent neighborhood. You may also use ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft!

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you will be staying in a home that is 100% smoke-free, excluding any outdoor areas. Please be courteous of our space and our neighbors with the same respect you would show your own!

EARLY CHECK-IN
- We can try our best but can only guarantee 4:00 PM. If you reach out to us on the day of arrival, we can see what the status of the home is in and once approved by our Inspectors, grant an earlier check-in!

PETS - We know how hard it is to travel with furry family members, so we try to be as accommodating as possible - we don't have weight or breed restrictions, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $100 per pet / per stay fee. For reservations longer than 28 days, a fee of $100 per pet, per month applies. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them.

SECURITY
- Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be "Noiseaware" or "Minut" sound level measuring devices in select properties that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music after quiet hours. Neither of these devices allow us to see, hear, or record anything inside of our listings. It is important to note that your privacy is extremely important to us and that you ARE NOT being actively monitored.



IDENTIFICATION
- If booking through a platform where Teal Door Hosting is the merchant of record (Airbnb excluded), reservations may require further guest verification to prevent credit card fraud for both you and the host! Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Because of this, we do require the responsible party who is physically staying in the home to provide a valid photo ID after booking is confirmed. Your personal identification is not stored and is protected from distribution or use for any other purpose than identification, in accordance with Federal information security guidelines.
