Welcome to your vacation home nestled in a picturesque location! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat is the perfect destination for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. An abundance of amenities, stylish decor and only a 6 minute drive to the beach, this home offers a truly extraordinary experience.

Step outside to discover your own private oasis. Fenced in back yard with a pool heated to 86 degrees at no charge to you, multiple yard games, fire pit and grill provide fun while you have the game on the outdoor TV.

The Space:
We love to eat and assume you do as well, which is why our fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need including an airfryer!

Families traveling with little ones will find this vacation home a haven for their needs. We provide an umbrella stroller, high chair, pack n play and kids plates and cups. Please ask if you need anything else.

Additional entertainment options are within the property. Engage in friendly competition with a selection of games, or simply gather around for quality time and laughter.

There is a smart TV in every bedroom and outside that allows you to sign into whatever streaming platform you use. The pool is heated tot 83 degrees at no charge, so it is comfortable, but it is not a hot tub. We can heat the pool more for an additional cost.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring sidewalks, less thann 1/4 mile to the Pinellas Trail and walkable to Dunkin (.6 miles) and Starbucks (.8 miles)

Getting Around:
30 min to Tampa airport, 20 min to St.Pete/Clearwater Airport
Walmart is less than a minute away along with other restaurants and stores.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up.

Interaction with Guests:
We live right around the corner and are available if anything pops up that is needed. Please message us in the ap and or our contact info is available in the house book should you need.

Great Pool Home in a Great Neighborhood

We enjoyed the spacious home and pool. Communication with Nathan was excellent. The pool deck needs to be repainted and the driveway needs repaving but Nathan says these are things on his to do list, and they didn't get in the way of our 4rth of July stay. We visit St. Pete often and will definitely rent from Nathan again!
