The Space:

Welcome to your cheerful beach condo! Decorated in a powder blue ocean theme, this condo is a casual abode near the beach with a friendly attitude. Relax in the comfortably furnished living room or relax on the brightly colored patio set (unless the woven white chair calls to you!). The view of the ocean is definitely best enjoyed with a beverage. The entire interior is cooled by central air conditioning and rugs are strategically placed so you won't slip on the cooling tile and wood flooring. The kitchen, updated as of early 2021, features solid wood cabinets, a nice tile backsplash, and granite countertops. Enjoy packing light with the use of a private washer/dryer.The desk workspace in the living room will help with anyone who needs to complete remote work or schooling. Guests can also enjoy the use of a shared outdoor pool and shower during their stay. What are you waiting for? The beach awaits!

Walk to the beach easily from this lovely beachfront community! It's practically in your backyard. For local food, guests can enjoy Jimmy Guana’s Waterfront Seafood, JD’s Restaurant & Lounge, The Original Crabby Bills, and PJ’s Oyster Bar are all within three-quarters-of-a-mile. Head out to the Florida Botanical Gardens (just three miles from the condo) for a free attraction highlighting the natural beauty of the area.

The condo was so clean, comfortable and cozy, felt very welcoming and soothing with its beach decor. The view each evening of the sunsets were stunning however, due to the building in front of the balcony, you could not see the sand/beach. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning and evening, it was very private. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The condo was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, coolers, umbrella, and towels. The owner had just about everything in this condo that you could think of to make our stay convenient. We loved loved loved this place and will be staying again in the future.

Beautiful stay on the space coast of Florida

Clean and perfect. We stayed right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from every room and balcony. Would definitely come back again. Communication with property owners was great. Perfect location!

Wonderful!!!

Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well decorated... plenty of beach towels and chairs... the beach, well, spectacular!!! As a beach bum, enjoyed many relaxing moments watching the sunset.

"My stay at this condo was great. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. What truly sets this condo apart is the attention to detail in providing everything one might need during their stay. Ready to spend a day at the beach ? No worries – they've got you covered with beach towels, chairs, balls, and even coolers, making it effortless to enjoy your day enjoying the white sand and beautiful ocean. The location couldn't be better. With many shops and dining options within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. You won't be disappointed!"

Indian Rocks Beach Condo

The condo and property were both excellent and very well maintained. We left with a favorable impression and a desire to book the same week next year. But upon checking the website, we found that the booking fee for fall 2023 had increased by 49%. The Service Fee increased by 45%, and the damage waiver increased by 114%. Overall the same condo for the same week next year was quoted almost $1,000 higher than this year. We hope management will reconsider such staggering increases in fees and we will be searching for a better value in 2023.

Great week!

The condo was very clean and so close to the beach which was great. We didn't use the pool but that is new. The master bedrooms tv could not access Netflix. There were restaurants you can walk to , but we rented a car for the week. The only real issue was my husband has bad knees and getting in and out of the tub was difficult for him. We would definitely stay again!

Accommodations were spacious, clean and modern. There was an issue with the HVAC system that took a little too long to resolve.. Overall a pleasant stay at this property.

Wonderful

Lovely, clean condo with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The only thing when we reserved our week we were not informed that the pool would not be useable because it was being rebuilt. It wasn’t a big deal, but still would have liked to have been given a heads up. Also, there wasn’t anyplace to clean off sand from your feet because of the pool rebuild. Other than that I would go back in a minute.

Perfect location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was quiet and only a few steps from the ocean. I love that the parking is under the building so we were always in the shade. The pool was very small, but we still usually had it to ourselves. We would definitely love to stay again.
