Walk 2 minutes to hit the sand and blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico. The stylish nautical decor creates a beachy feel throughout. Shops, dining , and local attractions are within an easy walk.

LIVING/KITCHEN AREA After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open concept living room/kitchen area where you can watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV with pre-loaded channel apps. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full-size appliances (including dishwasher). Enjoy your culinary masterpiece or have a delicious meal delivered through Uber Eats or other food and grocery delivery options.

BEDROOM & BATH This first-floor apartment/condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults between the bedroom and brand new queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living area. Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed that has a new mattress and hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV so that you can snuggle up in bed and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The well-appointed bathroom is configured with a shower and fresh soft towels.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include beach chairs, buggy, and an umbrella, bikes (to ride at your own risk), complimentary Wi-Fi, and assigned parking for one car in the outdoor lot.

Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .

Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $25 per day fee for each additional guest.
