Great space and location

Space is exactly as pictured. East check-in/out. Great balcony overlooking the water. We saw manatees and dolphins right from our room.

Perfect Stat

We loved our stay at Sunrise resort!!! When they say come stay with the Manatees- they are not kidding!!! So cool to watch them with the sunrise every morning and then go to the front porch and enjoy sunsets every night!!! Just the right size for the four of us and everything we needed! The place was meticulously clean and attention to detail at the pool and grounds was apparent everywhere! We have nothing bad to say and would 100% stay again!!!

Overall it was good. Bathrooms need to be updated . 3 foot counters , kitchen not stocked well.

Good stay, beds were comfortable. Not having pots and pans made it almost impossible to prepare meals . Had to dine out more than planned

Long weekend with friends

I had the opportunity to stay in this unit/complex with a couple girlfriends. Great condo and complex. Up to date unit with fabulous view of channel. Manatees played in morning. Pool was lovely. Very convenient location to Gulf across the street with great beach bars and restaurants nearby! Management Co. was great to work with! Definitely going back!!

Pleasant Stay

Condo was very clean and had nice upgrades in the kitchen/baths. Kitchen stocked with most utensils, few pots but workable. Smart TV allowed easy access to login into Netflix, Prime, HBO etc. An old building so unit is small but comfortable for 2 people. Pretty, unobstructed view of gulf inlet so you see sunrise. Seating outside front door for sunset view but across the street and obstructed on the 3rd floor. Location in center of St Pete beach, walking distance to restaurants, groceries and beach across street. Great if you want to be at beach but you’re not on the beach itself.

Great Place!

Condo is in a great location with awesome bay views. It is well-kept and had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking and you can walk across the street to the beach. I would highly recommend!

Great place in St. Pete Beach

Excellent location. Property is very clean and well maintained. Absolutely loved the balcony view of intercostal. We saw dolphins, manatees and stingrays. Beach and ocean is right across the street. We were on the 3rd floor. If you were up higher you would have a great view of the ocean on the entrance side. We could see it a little bit and our condo had a cute sitting area on that side also.
