    Ubicado en la comunidad histórica vieja noreste del centro de San Petersburg, FL, su interior ha sido personalizado por un diseñador de interiores para incluir una barra de caoba completo y dos habitaciones con encanto que se sienten como un pedacito de cielo.

    La casa cuenta con impresionantes jardines completos con una fuente de agua y hierbas jardines - y un montón de opciones para el entretenimiento al aire libre, o simplemente relajarse y leer.

    El patio privado le permite encender el asador al aire libre y disfrutar de su comida en una mesa para seis, o disfrutar de su café de la mañana en la mesa de bar del patio mientras disfruta de los sonidos de la fuente de agua. Charming property in old North East. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. the location was excellent. We would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

This is a beautiful and relaxing place. It was very comfortable and inviting. Loved getting to have some time in the courtyard with their Chihuahuas. This place is a true gem! Jennifer and Patrick are great. Thankful they offer their carriage house on VRBO, it’s a wonderful place to stay and convient to everything.

What a beautiful property! True to the pics. Historic area and homes is the perfect setting for a getaway. Had fun just hanging out and playing pool :) will definitely be back. The orchids are lovely and herb garden smells wonderful. Thank you for sharing this property with us we will be back!

Excellent location. Gracious hosts. They put a live Christmas tree up! Best beds we've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on with a VRBO. The weekly cleaning service was an unexpected plus.

Awesome and elegant

This is a lovely, comfortable place to stay with a charming host. Impecably clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, walking distance to the waterfront, close to downtown, the pier, the ball park, the bike trail. Five star stay!

This place was immaculate when we checked in, it was beautiful! We had everything we needed and we really appreciated the little details the hosts put into making our stay so comfortable, fresh flowers and even a bottle of Prosecco! Thank you for the great stay!

St Pete dream

We stayed here for the St Pete Indy Car Race. The carriage house was better than outlined in the description, the accommodations were outstanding, the location to downtown was excellent, and the house was in a lovely neighborhood.

Positive returns!

Our return visit to the coach house was even better than our first stay! The bathroom was redone majestically! Easy trips to and from the pool and located close to commerce for a grocery run or a dinner downtown.
