Enjoy a unique private property located on the barrier island beach community termed by USA Today article as "The Best Beach Town of All - Indian Rocks Beach".
Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? At the Kennedy Kayak and Corn Hole Club you can. The beautiful white sand beaches and extensive recreational opportunities are at your front door and the peace
and quiet of a private residence are at your back door. Imagine by day playing on the beach then returning to a tropical garden and sitting around a fire surrounded by nature at night with ample space to savor just being out of doors. . . Pretty Ideal.
This spectacular, designer decorated unit is fully furnished and ready to please even the most discriminating of travelers. It includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, dinning room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 300 square foot private covered deck. One security camera located on 3rd floor deck facing stairs. Another security camera overlooking the pool. This newly renovated 840 square foot unit has top of the line finishes, furnishings and granite though out. Plus a great communal pool to use!
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Love the place. Love the area. Very clean. Very cozy. Had everything you could need for the beach. And the bikes were a welcome addition. Perfect for the area. Larry was a great host. Easy entry and easy clean up. Plenty of towels and dish soap. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Check in was super easy and contact with the property manager was very prompt. The property was very clean and had many beach supplies which is greatly appreciated. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!!!

I will be back

This place is awesome. Beach is short walk away. 5 mins and you cross the street. I loved how you could walk to all the restaurants and bars. The condo was vey nice. Nice and clean. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. I loved the nice big patio. And the pool was nice and refreshing. I really enjoyed my birthday vacation.

Great location and amenities

We really liked the neighborhood, far enough away from the beach traffic, and close enough to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. Our unit was very nice, shared pool was great, access to beach items was awesome. Would rent again.

Mother-Daughters weekend get away

Our time here was everything I had hoped it would be. The space is very clean and well maintained. Sparkling pool, comfortable outdoor seating in several areas. Pool and beach equipment available for use. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay as we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The VRBO was clean and well furnished with lots of extra toiletries and towels. The kitchen had a wide variety of cookware, and we especially loved the private 20x20 covered porch. Perfect for laughing and sharing stories. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs, wagons and noodles were provided and It was a 2 block walk to a beautiful beach. Could not have been nicer! And Larry was very responsive to meet any concerns we had. Would definitely love to come again.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed this property. We felt it was fairly priced. This property had all the things. We needed nothing for the beach it was all there! The bicycles were great and we did ride them a few times. Inside had everything you needed for the trip. We would stay here again. Thank you, Larry! We loved the outside areas!

Vacation

This property is exactly as advertised. Just minutes walk to the beach. Walking distance to shopping and dining as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the condo is absolutely adorable. The pool is kept up so well. We were lucky enough to be there when the owner was there and he was so much fun. I honestly can’t say enough good about this place. We absolutely loved it. We’re thinking this will probably be our next years vacation destination.

The vrbo was just as described! A very short walk to the beautiful beach, clean comfortable environment..We had a little trouble with the door lock, but may have been us. I also would recommend some written instructions about setting the cable/tv. But all issues eere respondedt very quickly. Thsnks again for a great stay!

Great Place

We took a family vacation of 13 people to our daughter and son-in-laws condo, located 3 blocks from this place. My wife and I stayed here and it was a great experience. The property was amazing and perfect for what we needed. A short 3 block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this place.

Indian Rocks Stay

The property was clean and in a quiet neghborhood as descibed in the listing. The listing stated being close to many restaurants. We assumed this meant within walking distanace, but most required transportation. The trolley is an excellent way to get around, it would be helpful to mention it in the property description. The bikes were an excellent addition as well as the beach supplies. The pool was nice although it was descibed as private but was shared with the other unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute condo, great location!

This condo was well maintained and the pool was an extra bonus. Location was perfect as the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The check in process was easy and they were so accommodating with our requests. Definitely would stay again!

This property is on a dead end street with a lot of privacy but a short walk to the beach with no traffic. The new pool and deck are great. The whole property had a very at-home feel and was super clean. We made several meals in the kitchen. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic place to stay!
