Girl’s weekend!

The location was centrally located to all the sights and restaurants! The room was very clean and we very much enjoyed spending a little time in the hot tub at the end of each night. Bed was super comfortable!

Mini vacay

Just a quick three day stay. Loved that the cottage/room was within walking distance to town and all the restaurants and shopping. It was a cute place to stay. Everything we wanted/needed was there. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. The facility was clean, nice, and had all the essentials. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the location was so convenient to Main Street and all the cool shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend these accommodations.

Great Stay, Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Only a few blocks walk from downtown Dunedin. We brought our bikes with us as the bike trail is right next to the property. The property is very clean, the check in process and communication with property management is perfect. Waters, coffee and snacks are available in the common building. Highly recommend this property for a great visit to Dunedin.

Great short term stay

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. I didn’t realize it would be a room in the house and not the bungalow so the instructions were slightly confusing. The walls were a little thin so we heard our neighbors really well when the talked. However, the unit was very clean, close to downtown and easy to access. I would stay here again for a short time.

Everything was wonderful until I got back to my room and the temperature was 83 and I could not get it to cool down. After contacting the property manager, they moved me to a cottage which was a wonderful experience. I would come back to this resort as long as I could stay in one of the cottages. Thank you for having me

Climatecontrol

The ac was set at 63 upon our arrival. Room temp was 67. We had to turn ac off and open windows to warm up. When the room reached 72, we tried to set thermostat to 73. We woke up in the middle of the night as thermostat reverted to 63. It was freezing again. This time we turned ac off completely. Awoke again and it was too warm. Not acceptable conditions.

Room was exactly as advertised and very well appointed. Electronic doorknobs take some getting used to and instructions on their use could be better (saw another couple trying to get into their room with similar issues....with a DIFFERENT type lock) OVERALL I was completely satisfied and would visit again!

First the listing says apartment, it is only a room. The pictures are a little deceiving,you think you’re getting a little cottage, but that is not what happened. Communication with the property person was sparse. The hot tub was not hot. I had to clean the pool before getting into it, but there really is no way to make that better since there’s a big tree above it. In the morning we went into the hot tub because it said the pool area hours were from Dawn to dusk there were no towels and no one on site to ask for more. I drove past it when I first went to it because there isn’t great signage from the road. The room I got was in a building with four other single rooms connecting to a communal room. That was nicely decorated and comfortable. Parking was satisfactory. Our room was cool when we entered. the bathroom look newly updated except that the water wouldn’t drain in our shower. There was an algae ring around the hot tub. When I contacted the property person about how I was disappointed in getting just a single room instead of a cottage/apartment according to the pictures. He blamed it on vrbo and how they wrote it up. He also stated that I requested the room that I ended up with. Which was not the case and I sent him a screenshot of my itinerary. On my itinerary nowhere did it say that I was staying in a one room called artist. I did speak with another lady who was in the common area and she was under the same impression as me. And she booked through another platform.

Our one room that was written up as an apartment.
Pool area.. mostly dirty.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication when we had an AC unit that would not shut off. Our room was down to 52 degrees at one point with nothing more than a blanket and small portable heater to help. Understand we were there during a cool time in FL, but you have to be able to shut off the AC in your room. If you aren’t aware, some of the rooms are located in a larger building with shared access to a common area. The description and pictures made us believe we were staying in part of a cottage. Just be sure you know what you are getting. The location is good, easy to walk all around Dunedin.
