  • TROPICAL GARDEN: huge traveler palms, dozens of climbing confederate, sambac and star jasmine, honeysuckle, gardenia, magnolia, and varieties of palms - a great place to relax in the gazebo while the kids play on the deck and dinner is cooking on the grill.

    ACCOMMODATIONS:
    5 Bedrooms,
    3 Bathrooms,
    Kitchen, large and fully equipped, and additional kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, living room.
    There are 4 Queen sized beds, 1 Double bed, 3 Double futon beds. 8 BEDS can comfortably accommodate 16 guests.

    PORCH: A 50 x 10 ft. enclosed air-conditioned porch/living room for lounging, dining and watching sunrises and sunsets covers the entire south face of the building.

    DECK: There is a large open deck on the north side. This deck overlooks an enclosed Tropical Jasmine Garden with gazebo, deck and gas grill.

    Add-on private jacuzzi/hot tub is available for an additional $300 per week.

Awesome for friend group rental.

In town for our son's wedding.

The location is spectacular! Very spacious and beds were comfortable. Walking to shops, restaurants and beaches in just minutes. So much to do in this beautiful place. Very peaceful and relaxing. Check in was super easy. Owner was very pleasant and very easy to communicate with during our stay.

This is an older place that is unique but right in the center of all places we like to visit during our visit. The owner is the friendliest owner.

Perfect for our 3-night stay!

Check in was easy because the property has a key pad. Location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants. The rental was spacious and clean and large for our family of ten. The historical and whimsy decor and created a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Location! Location!

The family and I had a great time! The location was perfect! Quick walk to just about everything including the bait house. The community was very friendly! I would recommend staying at PAG beach anytime! The host was great and the sunsets were beautiful! Definitely will come Back to this location!

Great location and spacious property

This VRBO rental could not be in a better location in Pass-a-grille. Steps from the beach, restaurants and historic area. The host was super nice and informative before, during and after the stay. Highly recommend this rental for pass-a-grille!

Location, Location, location

This property was in the perfect location. Super clean and a lot of space! The only issue we had was that there were not enough necessities (toilet paper, trash bags) for a family our size and for a week stay. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again! Finally, the check in and check out process was amazing!! Awesome property and owner!!!

My 70th birthday

We were 9 women spending 3 nights in this house in celebration of my birthday. Bathroom and bedrooms were more than enough and comfortable. The house was well supplied with amenities and very clean. The location was fantastic with excellent restaurants and beach in walking distance. We did not want to leave! Will definitely rent again. Host Daniel was wonderful!

A Great Location

The property is clean and spacious. The living area is lovely and the bedrooms are great, tho the beds ARE very high. It is very convenient to the beach. Only limitations were in the kitchen - no spices there and no condiments. My sense is most folks just go out. But a GREAT place - Highly recommend.

Fantastic place for a group get together

My friends and I had the best time at this apartment! Because of this place, we have memories of watching the sunset on the beach every night and seeing a dolphin swim close by. We were also able to drive to other activities knowing that we had reserved parking spaces to come back to. On top of the perfect location (1 min walk to the beach), I couldn't have asked for a more responsive and accommodating host. I am truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism he showed. This place and host deserve 5 stars!

Great as usual!

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and hope to return next year. When we had a problem with the air conditioner it was checked quickly. When it was discontinued it required major repairs, we had 2 new fans delivered. We spent the next day out of the unit while it was being fixed but since the unit wasn’t rented for the next day we were told we could stay as late as needed on our check out day. This was welcomed since our plane did not leave until 6:00 PM.
