Bring the family, bring your friends—and bring the dog. Sunset Perch is a private Largo home for up to 9 guests, built around the moments that make a Florida trip memorable: mornings by the pool, beach afternoons, foosball tournaments and relaxed dinners under the palms.

The fully fenced backyard is the heart of the home:

Start a foosball tournament, stream a movie on the Smart TVs or slow things down with the board games, puzzles and books shown in the home. The open living and dining area keeps the group together while still giving everyone room to spread out.

One bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the second has a walk-in rain shower. Bath essentials include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

The full kitchen is ready for quick breakfasts, poolside snacks and family dinners:

The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.

Beach chairs, a beach cart and a cooler are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towels, load the car and head for the Gulf.

🐾 Up to three dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $150 fee per dog, per stay.
🌡️ Optional pool heat is $35 per night.
