    Enjoy a much-deserved beach vacation at this dreamy coastal retreat. This beautiful, family-friendly, townhouse features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating for dining, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV in each bedroom. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious balconies and enjoy a favorite beverage in the sunshine while listening to the waves crash against the shore in the distance. The main living space in this charming townhouse is decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings and coastal décor. There is comfortable seating, and a large flat screen tv. Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen with an attached coffee bar. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6, and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home. On the ground level there is a large outdoor area with seating and a gas grill for you to enjoy during your beach vacation.

    On the main level, the first bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms as well as an office and a shared family room. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Attached to this room, there is a spacious full bathroom with an all tile walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms also feature queen size beds and have easy access to the hall full bathroom which includes a tub shower combo. There is a private elevator in the townhouse accessing all floors.

    The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. We stayed here for a friends trip and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The home was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, which made group meals easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very beautiful home. Enjoyed our 33rd annual Girls Weekend (all sisters and sister-in-laws). There were a few things that needed attention, but did not impact our stay at all. Right across the street from the beach. Beach access was closed due to construction but the other access was not far down the street. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent…except for hurricane!

The house was perfect, exactly as advertised. Beach access was awesome and easier/closer than anticipated. It was great to have access the beach supplies. Area was great with restaurants, grocery and shopping. Although our trip was cut short due to the hurricane, my family can’t wait to go back!

Great stay, Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location—perfect for exploring the area.There were a couple of very minor issues during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive and resolved them right away. Given that the area had experienced two hurricanes earlier in the year, these were understandable and didn’t affect our experience at all. You can tell they take pride in there properties. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

Book Club Retreat

Eight ladies were very comfortable in this home. The elevator was a welcome addition when transporting food and suitcases to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of room for socializing in the living room and dining room. The house itself is beautiful.

Amazing property steps from the beach

I stayed at the Redington Townhouse for 5 nights with my family and another family and we had an amazing time! The home itself is beautiful, renovated, clean, and spacious. It fit our group of 9 easily. The location is also amazing, it is not just across the street from the beach, but also across from a lighted street crosswalk and a public beach access so it was super easy to go back and forth and run back to the house if we left anything. Overall this was a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing location beautiful home

This is by far the best vrbo stay we had. Definitely coming back! 1 short minute walk to beach, and beautiful home. The only complaint would be the no. Stick pans being all scratched but honestly that’s the people who rent it using metal utensils on those when they are not supposed to so i can’t blame the owner for that.

Sunshine House

This is by far the most beautiful, VRBO I have had. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice, We love the shutters and the elevator was very convenient. The only down fall was the dryer. The timer kept starting over and it took to long to dry clothes. Other than that this was a very beautiful home. Also, the beach access was very convenient.

We had a few issues throughout entire stay. Dryer was not working. 3 maintenance companies came during our stay. 2 of them we were not aware of and physically came into the home without our permission. Other than this it’s a great location and clean.

Perfect Beach Townhouse!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED our stay at the Redington Beach House and would love to return someday! Perfect location, directly across the street from the beach access. Redington Beach is a favorite for the locals, same gorgeous beach as all the others near here but without the crowds.The home was perfect too! It’s a new build with top of the line everything and plenty of essentials in the kitchen for cooking in and entertaining. Nice grill is also available and a back patio with a hose for rinsing off all the sand before entering the home.It is really a four bedroom (with a closet) but the fourth bedroom has a toddlers bed and desk in it (no adult bed). That is really the only thing I would recommend changing. We put an air mattress in it for our teenage son.There was plenty of parking available (3 spots).We had a couple minor questions - the management company was very fast, professional, and helpful and helped us to quickly find a solution. I would highly recommend a stay at this townhouse.
