This 2nd floor resort style condo offers a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and is located in a beautiful gated community in Florida just a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, king sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.

A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style heared pool is also available on the premises.

Clearwater Beach is a popular destination stay for vacationers heading to Florida. Located less than 30 minutes of the Tampa and St. Petersburg airports, Tampa Bay recreational highlights, award winning beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, jet ski rentals, water sports, beach activities, Pier 60 and night life as well as restaurants and cultural and sporting events in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Dunedin. Our host Nadia was very welcoming. The condo was impeccably, clean and well appointed. The decorations were very nice. The bathroom, shower and vanity were spacious and beautifully done. the towels and linens provided we’re soft and luxurious and quite large. The kitchen, even though we didn’t use it very much at all really had everything you need including your basic spices. It was all very modern and beautifully recently renovated. Definitely space to cook meals and eat them. Nadia knew we were going to be traveling with our dogs, and she was kind enough to think ahead to have her furniture covered, which I thought was very thoughtful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and fluffy. The mattress was firm yet very comfortable. The washer and dryer were convenient right there in the unit. The walk-in closet was huge and provided plenty of space for your luggage and anything you need to hang and also plenty of beach or pool gear which was wonderful.We would love the opportunity to stay here again. We enjoyed our stay so much. I highly recommend this wonderful property to stay at when you come to Clearwater. Nadia is wonderful.
The lenai off the living room was a wonderful place to enjoy morning, coffee.

Clean unit. Very nice layout. Nice bed. Bathroom clean, nicely modeled, and well-stocked with towels. Bathtub a plus. Large TVs. Nice indoor furniture. Nice sized and situated patio. Patio furniture like new. Second floor provided great privacy. Didn’t use the hideaway bed, but nice feature. Well-stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Well-stocked with pool supplies, though we didn’t use them. Good security with gate closed at night. Nice office staff. Super convenient to Clearwater Beach. Overall very enjoyable experience. Good value. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Clean, close by to lots of restaurants. Pool is heated and the gym is the perfect size for getting your workouts done. Our host Nadia answered any questions we had right away. We love this condo and treat it like a home away from home.

St. Pete Retreat Treat

More than ample space for my family and myself. All of the necessary accoutrement one could need or desire for a sun filled day on the beach with the family. Host was responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to a return trip to the state.

We had an excellent stay! Very clean and accommodating as we traveled with kids (10 & 8). The pool was a huge bonus, also very clean. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We will definitely be back.

Clearwater stay

We rented for 1 week . Location is about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater beach . It’s quiet and clean . The place has a nice pool inside the complex . Really nice communication with the people from the complex , really trying to please us .The only issue we had was that the unit smelled like mold .They replaced the air filter however nothing changed .

Simply amazing!

This was our 2nd time staying at Nadia’s condo. Condo is super clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked to provide you with absolutely everything you need to make your stay incredible. The Avalon

The condo was perfect for our three week stay . Everything was exactly as described in listing . It had everything we needed . Loved that there was beach chairs , towels and umbrellas for the beach . The pool was nicely heated and beautiful . My husband enjoyed the workout room . It was easy communicating with Nadia . Easy. Check in .We would definitely stay again !

Bel endroit pour séjourner et une hôte très disponible

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au condo de Nadia. Tout y était autant pour la cuisine que pour les accessoires pour la plage (chaises, parasol, glacière). Bien équipé. Lit confortable. Belle piscine. De plus, Nadia est très rapide pour répondre aux messages. Une hôte à l'écoute de ses clients. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour!

Lovely condo in a lovely spot

This was our second time staying in Nadia’s condo. We loved our first time here so we came back a second time. Condo is conveniently located 5-7 min drive from the beautiful Clearwater beaches, Pier 60, etc. Lovely pool very close to the unit. Grocery store within walking distance. Beautiful lanai to relax in the morning / evenings. Thank you for your hospitality, Nadia.
