The private balcony is directly on the Gulf overlooking the sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores. The amazing colors of the water change with the sunlight and provide tranquil sounds of lapping waves on the shore. Front row seats for the most amazing sunsets will be waiting for you daily. The living room is comfy and has cute, coastal decor to add to the flavor of your vacation. The large, mounted TV with cable is perfect to unwind at the end of a busy day at the beach or sightseeing. The dining area is open to both the living area and the kitchen. The large table accommodates the entire family and is the perfect set up for family game night too! The full-size kitchen is updated has plenty of light and is opened so as not to feel closed in. All the amenities of home, including a dishwasher, microwave, and multiple small appliances. Wake up to the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico in your master bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a TV with cable in the master bedroom and the bathroom has a tub with shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full size beds and a TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds (no TV) and an extra door to the kitchen, easy to keep an eye on the kiddos as needed. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have plantation shutters window coverings, and the windows provide views of the Intracoastal Waterway just across the street. No need to over pack, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. There is even an additional coin laundry with multiple washers and dryers on the buildings 2nd floor for an option. The restrooms for the pool area are located in the community room that has doors leading right out to the pool area.
