FL Dream Home-10 minutes from the beach

Our newly renovated home has a big living room area and is fully equipped with furniture. Our main house has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom All bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Our backyard is big and perfect for outdoor activities. Only 7 minutes away from St. Pete Downtown and 10 mins away from many area's beautiful beaches. Only 5 mins away from Mangrove Bay and Cypress Links Golf Courses.

House is clean and neat and the beds are very comfortable . Quiet neighborhood and great location. Area is walkable with stores and services nearby. We enjoyed our stay here in St Petersburg. It was comfortable; we enjoyed the backyard and the mockingbirds. The house is light and airy, and it’s in a good residential area. It’s close to grocery and other shopping, as well as eateries. The manager is easy to contact and responsive. A positive experience.

Comfy home, but not fit for longer stays

The house was exactly as advertised and communication with the owner was very smooth. The location was close to a library, a couple parks, Sawgrass, many grocery stores, and public transit. It was much further from many local attractions though, so a car is essential.The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, though it was missing some handy utensils, such as a peeler, can opener, baking trays, and additional cutlery. It was also missing a kettle and a toaster.The house was very clean when we arrived, but there were some uncleaned items in the kitchen and some dog poop in the backyard.The futon in the living room isn't really fit for restful sleep and the chairs in the kitchen have seen better days.The property is shared with a granny flat in the back, though the two are separated by a fence.For short stays, the issues above are manageable. For longer stays, the were a bit cumbersome at times. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, listing is exactly as described. You’re not far from anything and the area was quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A great place to base your stay

The host and the house were just as listed. The host was timely and responsive, and the house was clean and well located for lots of different adventures. Its a great place to call home base and get to lots of stuff. Agree that the beds are firm, but they are not hard and we slept well! Only thing missing was chest of drawers; otherwise there's lots of hanging space. The kitchen is not for a dedicated cook but has what's needed to get by (although would have liked a toaster). And when the dryer didn't work the host got it fixed quickly! The AC worked perfect, always hot water, no issues with plumping or any of the appliances.

The house was just what we were looking for located close to where my daughters live. It was well kept and had all the essentials you would expect from a home. The only small disappointment was the master bed mattress was too firm.

It is in a clean, quiet, convenient & center location. 62nd is an off-road. Our GPS (BMW, Google Map & HereWeGo) had some trouble to locate it at first. We arrived at mid-night. The door sign is not lightened up. However VRBO, the owner and the house-keeper were super helpful. The house-keeper drove over at 1AM Sunday morning to help out.

Clean home in great location

This property was excellent! Pictures are accurate and the house is immaculately clean and roomy. Note that the bathroom is a tad small but very serviceable and has a lovely new shower. Washer and dryer available in the garage. Parking in driveway was very convenient. Note that the parking is shared with another rental behind the house - there is plenty of space for multiple cars, I am only noting as seeing another car in the drive confused us for a moment, but once the owner very promptly responded we were all set!

Seems brand new

This place is immaculate and brand new looking…no pictures on the walls yet. The beds are low and firm. The kitchen had what we needed except a toaster. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible about a change we needed on our dates. Overall very good experience.
