  • Dockside 205: ¡todo lo que pueda desear en una escapada perfecta a la playa! Dock Holiday es un condominio recientemente renovado frente al mar a solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa de arena de azúcar, el paseo marítimo, restaurantes, tiendas, vida nocturna y más. Las vistas son espectaculares, y disfrutarás viendo a los delfines y manatíes desde la ventana y el balcón de tu comedor.

    El condominio incluye todas las comodidades del hogar, ¡más algunas! Es perfecto para dos parejas, familias o solteros o parejas que les gusta el espacio extra. La suite principal tiene una cama King y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas Queen. El salón también tiene un cómodo sofá cama. Las suites de un dormitorio están en lados opuestos de la cocina / comedor / sala de estar, por lo que son perfectas para la privacidad. Ambas habitaciones tienen grandes armarios, vestidores, televisores de pantalla plana y mesas de noche. Un baño incluye una bañera / ducha y el otro tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Hay una caja fuerte estilo hotel en la unidad y puede establecer su propio código de acceso.

    La cocina completamente funcional incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, platos, ollas, sartenes y todos los utensilios que necesita para preparar sus propias comidas o disfrutar de comida para llevar en cualquiera de los restaurantes cercanos. Incluye lavadora y secadora grandes, armarios grandes, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, WiFi, Internet de alta velocidad y estacionamiento gratuito. La piscina y la terraza con vista a la bahía se comparten con el Clearwater Beach Hotel de al lado.

    También suministramos sillas de playa, sombrillas, refrigeradores y toallas de playa que puede llevar a la playa oa la piscina.

    Huéspedes no fumadores solo por favor. Lo sentimos, no mascotas.

    NOTA: También poseemos el condominio de al lado "Dock of the Bay" (Dockside 204). Si tiene dos familias o cuatro parejas viajando juntas, ¡alquile ambos condominios para duplicar su espacio y doble su diversión! Kit and Gary are amazing hosts! The unit is spacious, clean, and a home away from home. They have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. So many items are provided which is great especially when traveling from far away. This is our 3rd tome staying and we will definitely be back as everything is within walking g distance. Thank you for another great vacation.

Wonderful condo. Beautiful and clean with many amenities. Beach towels and wagon and supplies were great perk. The pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend :)

This condo was perfect!! Everything you want is right there in the unit!! Saw dolphins everyday in the Bay. Kit and Gary great to deal with. Will definitely stay there again. Great vacation spot‼

Dock Holiday was the perfect stay for our family. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the bay. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts put a lot of thought into little extras they leave for their guests. The hosts were always quick to reply to my questions

Everything at this house was perfect for us from the rooms and fully stocked kitchen to cook in to the easy walking distance to the beach and food. Would recommend to anyone!

We had the best family vacation and this condo just made it even better. Incredibly clean, smells very clean. Plenty of room for the five of us. Beautiful condo. Hosts were great at communicating and made the check in/check out process so easy. I highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Clearwater Beach. A few minutes walk to everything.

Dock Holiday was the perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Clearwater Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and well-equipped for simple vacation cooking. There was a lovely view of the bay out the front windows, and it was only a few blocks to walk to the beach. We would definitely choose Dock Holiday again for a future visit.

The view is off the charts, the place was spotless, the owners were super helpful and communicative ahead of and during the visit. If you're looking for the perfect Clearwater Beach getaway, this is it!

Great communication. Beautiful, incredibly clean condo. So close to everything you’d want to do in Clearwater! Nice view of the marina and easy parking. We can’t wait to come back! My daughter’s friend also left her AirPods, their cleaning person was honest when she found them. The host mailed them to us. Thank you again for everything!

Great Condo

This property was perfect for our vacation. The condo is conveniently located and has plenty of room inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. If we visit Clearwater again, we would definitely consider staying here.

Dock Holiday is a beautiful condo. The photos in the listing accurately depicts the condo.Everything you might need during your stay is in the condo.We enjoyed our stay, the only negative thing is the walk to the beach. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay.We would definitely stay here again.

Great!!

Dock Holiday is just perfect. Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere. We got to see dolphins every morning in the cove. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Great little gem in Clearwater.

My family and I had a fantastic week at this location. It was clean, convenient, great communication from our host. Very short walk to everywhere. We will definitely return for our next Clearwater trip!

Excellent location with relaxing view as well as walking distance to the beach and several nice restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious apartment with all ammenities needed to have comfortable family vacation. Spacious parking place. 7-10 minutes drive to a Publix store, 20-30 min to Costco, 35-40 minutes to Tampa airport (of course depending on the trafic). Also, very attentive and eager to accommodate hosts. Strongly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Everything was exactly as described.

Quick trip to Clearwater Beach and this condo was perfect. If you’re traveling with little ones they have everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome basket was a wonderful touch. We are already looking at dates to come and stay again.
