Our condo was fully renovated in 2015 with a refresh in 2025: Tile floors throughout living area and primary bedroom, new luxury vinyl plank floors in secondary bedrooms, updated kitchen with quartz counter tops, appliances including refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, breakfast bar with 3 stools for additional seating, all new furniture in living and dining areas, new mattresses, TVs in all bedrooms, 1 DVD player built into the Queen bedroom TV.

Enjoy the beach, pool, jacuzzi, MLB Spring Training (Yankees, Phillies, Blue Jays, Reds, Pirates, Tigers) Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, the Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and more. Orlando theme parks are just a short 90 minute drive away.

Easy access to Tampa (TPA) and Clearwater/St. Pete (PIE) airports.

Primary suite with king bed and Smart HDTV, private bath with walk-in shower, incredible beach view and access to large balcony. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds - great for groups with two couples - and Smart TV with DVD player. Third bedroom has two twin beds and Smart TV.

Full size washer and dryer (dryer new in 2014) in unit. Fully equipped kitchen including complete sets of dishes and pots & pans.

Assigned parking spot, direct beach access, beautiful heated pool and spa, and gas grills! Ask the owners about the many extras that they provide, including beach towels, stereo with music CDs, DVD player and movies, games, puzzles, books, area guide and condo information book.

We just finished up a great week vacation here at Sand Castle III. Everything was very pleasant about our stay. The building is a smaller than most in the area, so it wasn't nearly as busy or noisy, which was nice. The parking spot for this unit was right by the door, and they had luggage carts and grocery carts to get things to the room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and having the beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Convenient Getaway!

Absolutely Perfect – Our Favorite Florida Stay Yet!We’ve been coming to Florida for nearly 4 years, and this condo at Sandcastle 3 has been the best spot we’ve found by far! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning ocean views, a spotless space, and beautiful, cozy decor that truly made it feel like home.Everyone in our group had their own space, and the master bedroom with ocean views was a dream. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need (and more!), and having in-unit laundry was such a bonus.We loved the large dining table for meals and game nights, and the beach closet was a treasure—chairs, umbrellas, toys, you name it! The hosts thought of everything and were amazing with communication throughout.If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly home away from home where you can make unforgettable memories, this is it. We’re already planning our next stay!

Simply Perfect Beach Escape!

We loved everything about our stay!The condo was comfortable, clean and quiet with lovely beachy, updated decor. There was more than enough room for 5 of us with a great layout. We appreciated all the special touches and the big, beautiful kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The views of the ocean are breathtaking from both inside and out! We enjoyed the large, private balcony and easy access to the beach/pool area. The kids loved the closet filled with beach toys etc… Highly recommend !

Great Vacation with Minor Issues

The property was just as described. It was very clean and very well stocked with many extras. It even included beach chairs and other various beach related items. The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect score was the bed in the master bedroom collapsed twice during our stay. After communicating with the owner found they were aware of the issue and planned to fix in the future.
