Las Brisas #104 - If you seek a vacation property within northern Madeira Beach with spectacular views, cool ocean breezes, and entertainment just a stone's throw away, look no further. Las Brisas #104 is a well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with large rooms, top amenities and on call staff that are ready to assist you.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Bright and airy, guests will enjoy the updated kitchen, with granite countertops, tray ceiling, newer cabinetry and appliances. For those that enjoy cooking on their vacations, utensils and cookware are provided. The living area provides ample seating, with two comfortable couches and chair, positioned so you won't miss one moment of the beautiful beach scenery before you. Step outside to the large, private balcony that offers ample space for relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco.

The master bedroom provides a comfortable retreat with one king sized bed and access to the private balcony, where the waves are guaranteed to lull you to sleep. The second bedroom has two queen beds while the third bedroom has one queen bed, making this the perfect residence for larger families. The two bathrooms provide generous space and are, like all SunHost properties, spotlessly clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided. This condo has ONE parking spot. There is no additional parking on the property. Free WIFI is also included.

This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Be aware….

The condo is nice and very clean. Our first problem was we had 2 vehicles and one parking spot. I didn’t read anywhere in the description that there was only one spot. So it was up to us to find expensive parking miles away and figure out how to make it work. Next problem was the listing stated that the living room had 2 couches with ample sitting or something like that… it didn’t. We had one worn couch and one soft chair. We had to sit in kitchen hardback chairs. Next problem… the rules state that no canopies or pop up tents allowed… the beach was covered in pop up canopies all places directly in front of chairs/umbrellas you could RENT. Why rent one if all upure going to see is the pop up tent in front of it. We didn’t bring one because we thought IT WASNT ALLOWED. I took pictures for proof. Another BIG problem…. Elevator stayed broken… we had to lug heavy suitcases, food, and coolers up flights of stairs and it 100 degrees. Plus we had our elderly grandmother who struggled with the stairs. So, be aware that you only have 1 parking spot, be able to walk stairs, and bring what you need for the beach because there’s nothing there for you.

Christmas Vacation

We stayed with family 6 adults 2 teens. There was pletny of room for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed other than no blender. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The property itself was extremely clean which can be attributed to the gentleman doing maintenance we saw him everyday working hard and it shows the grounds were spotless and in good working order. We had a minor issue with the dryer they had someone out to fix it within hours the same day. Top notch would highly recommend and would rent again!

It’s a nice condo

In general it’s a very nice condo. Spacious rooms, large balcony with excellent views. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The property and the condo were very clean with the exception of the refrigerator. It was dirty and rusty and definitely needs replaced! Kitchen provided basic dishes and cook wear. If you plan to do any cooking you will need to bring your own spices, salt pepper, etc… I was not impressed with the property manager. I stay in this area every year and have worked with several different property managers. This property manager was the least impressive of any I have worked with in the area and I would not contact them again for a rental. The little niceties that other property managers provide, was just sorely missing here.

Just ok

Easy access to the beach. Parking was a NIGHTMARE! Only one spot for the unit and that in itself will keep us from ever returning to this location. Unit needs a lot of updates. Unit wasn’t very clean. Carpet was nasty. Kitchen appliances were rusted and ice machine did not work. Not enough utensils, etc. etc. I’m not sure that anything can be done about the parking. Everything else would be an easy fix! Having said all that we still had a wonderful time on the beach and watching the dolphins in the morning.

Great Location

This was a perfect location. Right on the beach and also close to restaurants. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. Would recommend bringing your own kitchen essentials. That is the only place the listing was missing. So bring your own paper towels, cooking basics, etc. Communication with the property were great. Anytime I sent an email they responded almost immediately. Kudos to maintenance. He made sure the property in the pool and beach area were always kept clean. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Cherrios, Cheetos & a closet door.

Pros- Location location location. This condo has it. 90 seconds from the balcony to the beach and your toes are not only in the sand but the water. Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious living area, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. If you are traveling with family who have trouble walking or young children who like to run back and forth, they have a good elevator and access to the beach is very good. The wifi and TV's are excellent, no connectivity issues- even with numerous users. Now the cons- it was "sort of" clean when we arrived. The floors had not been swept. The couch is raised and you can see under it and there were cheerios and some Cheetos, and dust. The appliances and soft goods need replacing, The fridge had rust around the edges on the front and barely made ice. A closet door came off the hinges in the bedroom, a door off the dresser came off the hinges. In major need of a soft good overhall- carpet, furniture, mattresses & bedding, kitchen appliances.

FUN BEACH STAY

This was a comfortable condo that needs serious renovation of the bathrooms. Furnishings were a little rundown as well, but the beds were very comfortable. Need simplification of TV operations. Elevator was slow, but was cleaned each day and the grounds were very good. PARKING WAS TERRIBLE! Need some options including a few handicapped spaces not assigned to condos. Need coffee filters--you provide the coffee maker and that should include the filters. Response to calls for maintenance was excellent and overall we enjoy this condo.

104 Los Brisas

The location is great, beach front with beautiful sunsets and near many restaurants!The pool was smaller and the sun did not reach the pool area until noonish everyday. We did have a clogged toilet when we arrived but maintenance showed up right away to fix the problem. We were allotted one space for parking but had a friend come to visit us. I called the managing company to see if we could rent another spot for a day or 2 since the complex did not seem full. I was told very rudely that I only got one spot and if I tried parking in another spot I would be towed! She didn’t even check to see if a spot might have been available! Overall it was a great trip snd I would recommend this complex.

104 las brisas.

After flying in we discovered pretty much no beach equipment unless we wanted to rent really expensive chairs and umbrellas. It could also use more dishes and glasses so we don’t have to constantly wash or run a relatively empty dishwasher. Also, TVs were incredibly small and outdated. Thankfully we mostly sat on the balcony in the evening. We did enjoyed the place but a few additions would really enhance the whole experience.

Overall experience

The location, and condo could not have been better for a beach vacation. Not many restaurant choices that were not at least a mile walk, shopping also. We were 4 adults so could make the walk but for a young family or elderly it was located a bit far for walking to dinner. We ubered back. Most restaurants and bars in john’s pass closed between 8and 10. Again fine for families but not great for adults. Overalll I would go back, the beach and condo was perfect. I would perhaps only consider something else because of so few restaurants to walk to.

The best beach trip

The condo was perfect. The elevator was down while we stayed but we stayed on the first floor so only one flight of stairs, and it didn’t bother us. Other than that the condo had everything we needed and we loved being so close to the beach where we watched the sunrise and the dolphins play. Would highly recommend!!
