Nice condo right on the water

We really liked the smallness of the building, only 5 stories and the proximity to walkable restaurants and bars. Otherwise, we used the Island Hopper taxi service to get around. The condo itself could use an upgrade and new mattress and linens. Loved all the nice artwork and the comfy furniture in the living area. The kitchen could use some improvements, but the old fridge still has an icemaker, which is a huge plus! Two convenience stores across and just down the street, as well as a Caddy's for off the beach refreshments and food just 3 doors away. Our first time down in Madiera area, and we may be back!

Review of Kima 302

The condo was dated, which we were aware but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. It was mostly surface clean but it needs an overhaul. Higher end products- including bath towels, more dish towels, and not off brand products would improve the overall stay. Plus- the i- trip personnel came in 3 times unannounced to replace unnecessary items during the visit. That seemed intrusive. I have pictures to validate these comments. (The view was beautiful!)

Girl's Birthday Outing

Our stay started when entering our unit. The furnishings and decor were bright and beachy! We were welcomed by the fantastic ocean view and spacious accommodations for all 5 of us ladies. Everything was clean and stocked with all or needs, even beach chairs. The pool was warm and clear. The beach only feet from the building. Transportation getting around to all the local restaurants and shops was a breeze. We used the trolly and Uber when ever we did not want to walk. We never waited more than a few minutes to get where we wanted. We would recommend for anyone to stay here and we look forward to hopefully returning next year.

Great stay!

Balcony is Direct beachfront, very clean, well stocked with towels, beach chairs, other beach items. Nice pool. Great location with several restaurants we walked to. Trolley pick up/off directly out front and groceries nearby. Slightly dated but will return again.

It was awesome the Time we had before the hurricane. Owners were cautious and respectfully requested we evacuate wit refund of nights not used so that was good.

Old, outdated & gross

This property has a great location and view of the ocean. Based on listing photos I expected some outdated furniture but condo needs to be gutted and updated! The linens were nice and clean. The cabinetry in the kitchens & bathrooms are original and the insides were gross and dirty. The fridge had so many spots of what I assume are rust on the outside it looked horrible, the inside of the freezer(metal shelf) was rusty. The sprinkler heads on the ceiling were rusted and coated with dust and grime. The vents were so cruddy and rusty, The shower rod and head in one of the bathrooms was also really rusty. The old chrome faucets were rusted and flaking. The master shower tile was moldy(black) and the ceramic soap holder had a big jagged hole in it. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were so old they were useless. The rugs in the bathrooms were old and worn. There was a decent sized hole in the wall below the tv in the living room that showed exposed wiring that anyone could easily stick their hand through. The dish drying rack in the kitchen was so gross didn’t even use it. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes. I had to rewash all by hand and wash all of our dishes (not something anyone wants to do in their vacation). Spoke to several people in the complex and all said that properties owned by Charles are this way. I have pictures of everything but can’t upload them. The owner should be ashamed to rent it. 25 years of renting condos and this was the worst ever!

Girls Beach Getaway

Location is the only thing this property has as a positive. It is on the beach and close to John’s Pass for Shopping and Dining. The actual unit is dirty, dingy, dated - with chipped Formica kitchen countertops, rusted refrigerator door, and uncomfortable beds. We walked in to find stained bedspreads, dead bugs, candy wrappers, water bottle lids left behind beds (which I easily moved to plug in my phone to charge) so it could have been moved to sweep behind. This place is way too expensive to be in such shabby condition so do yourself a favor and do not book here!! You will be disappointed at the money you spent for what you got.

Madeira beach 2023

Everything was wonderful with the exception of accuracy of the location that the map showed on the site and the elevator. The location was a mile further away from John’s Pass and it was supposed to be right across the street according to the map. I had two sixteen year olds that I wanted to be able to go across the street and do things and instead I had to transport them when it was too late. The elevator broke the day we checked in and it was broke the day we checks out we were on the 3rd floor. Luckily the day we checked in it did not break until we had our luggage upstairs but not so much on checking out. Suggestions: Advertise beach towels so I didn’t take any. There were only 2. Could use more towels and washcloths. Would definitely book with you again. I would just check and verify the location and not go off the map location. The passes that you provided was nice and appreciated but would prefer a discount, would not have paid that much for that location.
