The suite includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living area ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun, and a dining table for six-perfect for shared meals, games, or planning your next adventure.Enjoy the ease of resort-style living with the privacy of your own fully equipped residence. Your kitchen includes dishware, glassware, utensils, cookware, and even baking essentials, along with full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave for effortless mornings. Each suite is stocked with premium linens and bath essentials, plus added conveniences such as a stackable washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron (available upon request).As our guest, you'll have access to exceptional bayfront amenities, including a resort-style pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and a full-service bar and restaurant overlooking the water. You'll also enjoy 24-hour concierge service and full access to all hotel facilities.A resort fee of $40/night (+tax) is included in your stay and covers access to amenities, pool and beach towels, fitness center, concierge services, and in-suite essentials such as paper goods and K-cup refills.On-site parking is available for one vehicle per suite at $40/night (+tax). Additional parking may be available upon request and occupancy for $40/night +tax. A $300 incidental hold will be placed at check-in to cover any room charges from services such as the bar, restaurant, or boat slips, any remaining balance, or the total amount, which will be released upon departure. We are pet-friendly, with a fee of $85/night +tax for up to two pets (combined weight limit of 30 lbs). ADA-recognized service animals are exempt. We are available 24/7 to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival, by 4:00 pm or earlier, they will receive a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.
