Charming, spacious 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bathroom Gulf front unit with spectacular ocean views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from your private 17 foot balcony. Take long walks on the white powdery sand, or sit out and enjoy views from the heated pool. You will be minutes away from many attractions, including John's Pass and Boardwalk, water park, mini-golfing, Calidisi island, fishing, boating, water adventures, restaurants and bars. Enjoy the evolution of Florida's Gulf history while you drive up and down Gulf Blvd with your personal car, or while riding the trolley bus.

Two Queen size beds located in master bedroom with large walk in closet complete with dryer for wet suits and towels. Custom Crate and Barrel Queen Slipcovered Sleeper Sofa And matching twin sleeper present in large living area. . Pack and play with mattress, high chair and stroller available upon request.
Enjoy complimentary wifi and cable . Televisions located in both living area and bedroom. DVD player and board games as well as books from several authors present. Beach Chairs and sand toys located in walk-in closet. Iron and Board also located there. Many beach towels for your family available. Perfect location. Spacious! Super clean! Stocked with all things you may want/need for a beach getaway with friends/family. Unfortunately, the balcony wasn't accessible during our stay due to renovations, but out of anyone's control. It just means we will have to come back for a Round 2. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great space with gorgeous views and STEPS away from the beach! :)

We had a great time at this beachfront condo! It was clean, comfortable, and footsteps to the water. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

No elevator for the past year.

Nice place. A lot of amenities (Ex: Keurig Machine). Great location. Kitchen drain stopped up due the garbage disposal being broken. Condo had a plumbing snake that fixed I fixed the issue with. No elevator. It's been broken for almost a year.

Wonderful Rental Property

We very much enjoyed our vacation and the Condo! The Kitchen is beautifully updated & the unit is very nice. Everything you’ll need is provided including everything to bring to the beach. The pool was clean & very nice. The beach in front of the property was not at all crowded. The scenic view of the Ocean was wonderful from the balcony. We’ve rented the unit before & will again. Chateaux property

Our stay was fine. The place was clean, the amenities were as noted, and the view was fantastic. Considering the hurricanes that went through in 2024, the recovery of the area and this building was remarkable. The one issue we encountered was an elevator that was not working. We were on the fourth floor and personal issues made the hike up and down challenging. Talking to a few permanent residents, the elevator issue was present before the hurricanes came through. There seemed to be dissatisfaction that this issue, replacing the elevator, has not been addressed by building management. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay, we liked the area and would consider coming back.

Shortened Stay due to Hurricane

This is our 2nd stay at the Chateaux. The condo was clean and had the necessary amenities. This condo is on the 4th floor and the elevator does not function. We had been forewarned by the property owner of it being out of order. Carrying luggage and other items 4 flights and making multiple trips was tiring. We had to vacate the premises early as the news said it was a projected Cat 4 storm. We were fortunate to head North early and rebook a hotel room in NC overnight. This is a marvelous property and is adjacent to the beach. We were fortunate to get one beach day before we had to leave.

The view is still beautiful from the balcony, we stayed in this same condo last year. We arrived during one of the downpours from Debbie, not knowing that the elevator was down. While we received an e-mail about the elevator, it was addressed to a different name several weeks before our scheduled stay. The elevator also did not work properly the year before when we stayed. We were drenched when we got our bags and groceries up to the condo. The balcony howled with the high winds as it did not latch/lock. There were no paper towels at the condo for our stay, we did go and purchase some. The beach chairs for use were mostly broken. Still a beautiful view but the condo is a little worse for the wear from last year.

Very nice condo in a good location! Condo was very clean and had all necessities for our entire stay! We really liked that there was an umbrella, cooler and beach toys for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

Short weekend at the beach

Check in time was miscommunicated to us as 3pm so we ended up walking in when the unit was still being cleaned at 10 after 3pm. The cleaner was visibly frazzled by our early presence. We were short on wash clothes for 4 people and had no paper towels, but we only stayed a few nights, so no big deal. Otherwise our stay in this unit was wonderful!

This unit has everything you need, is nicely furnished, and features an up-to-date and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony is lovely and comfortable, and my best friend and I love staying here! The best restaurants and bars are nearby as well.
